ANGELICA'S POV :
The morning sun's rays hit my eyes. i could still remeber my fear last night , and how Darren saved me. I mean i know it's logical for Darren to save me when iam in trouble but what is playing over and over in my mind. He whispered 'Sorry' when he picked me up and took me to safety.
I got up and took a hot shower. As the warm water gently seeps through my hair I was replaying the whole scene which happened yesterday. The fear that sent ice cold chills down my spine, The feeling that i was going to die any momment when i was thrown into the cold waters and the relief when i felt Darren's arms gently carrying me.
I Quickly got dressed and went down to see if anyone was there. "hello ?" i softly ask. "Angelica" a voice called behind me. I turned to see Darren. "You scared me !" I gasped. Darren smiled at me. He came closer and looked into my eyes. They are just so ... Hypnotic. "Iam very sorry Angelica." He said slowly. "Darren ! i told you it's okay. You actually saved me." i smiled. He was so close and i was gettin weaker and weaker. He is just so beautiful.
That evening I went out to view the beautiful sunset. The sky was painted with streaks of Purple and orange. In the distance i saw Darren sitting on the porch and Ginger sitting near him.
When she heard me footsteps, she jumped up and playfully put her paws on my knees. "Angelica " He smiled at me. "Hey." I replied. He stood up and Looked into my eyes. I felt a blood rushing in my face and iam sure I was blushing. "So... umm... how long will i be in this joint ?" I shrug. "A while." he answered. "Darren I .." I started but he immediately turned his head.
"You heard that ?" He asked. Ginger Darted up and started Barking. "Down Ginger. Angelica, stay here." He said. "Wait, why ?" I asked following him. He was walking towards the woods and it was getting darker and scarier. "Darren , why ?" I asked. He still ignored me and kept walking. "Darren stop ! i wont leave till you tell me what's going on ?" I demanded.
Ginger backed away and Darrn glared at me " ANGELICA ! JUST GET IN THE HOUSE FOR GOD'S SAKE !" He barked. Ginger ran towrds the house . Guess Darren's sudden change in mood scared her. Not to mention me ! I turn around but then someone was standing in front of me. Ethan.
"Hello precious !" He hissed "GETAWAY FROM ME !" I Shrieked. I should have listened to Darren, but i wanted a reason. Yeah pretty lame of me. Ethan ran towards me and caught me. He grabbed my ribs and dragged me away. His fingers dug into me and it was no party. I screamed and jabbed him with my elbow.
That did not help. He threw me on the ground. My Forehead hit a rock and it tore my skin and it was bleeding. "just so your pretty legs cant carry you and more." He smiled deviously. He grabbed my ankle and twisted it . "DARREN !" I Shrieked. My life was crazy ! All these dangers were too much for me to take.
"ETHAN GET THE HELL AWAY FROM HER !" Darren yelled. Hot tears streamed down my face. My leg and my head hurt so badly. "Yeah ! Get your ass away from her !" I heard Bryce's voice. I looked up and saw Anastasia and Bryce. Darren immediately scooped me up and ran towards the house.
I held onto his strong shoulders and rested my head on his chest. Yes, i was getting it bloody... He ran towards the house and kicked the door open and rushed towards my room. He gently layed me down on the bed and ran to the bathroom. He returned with wet bandages and wrapped it around my forehead.
"D-Darren," I stammer. "He looked up at me with sad and at the same time angry eyes. "i-Iam so sorry Darren " I bursted out into tears. He came closer to me "No. iam sorry Angelica." He placed a hand on my shoulder. "I should have listened to you, iam in much more danger than i thought," I slowly said..
"Angelica, you are in this mess because of me ." He slowly admitted. "Please forgive me." he whispered and wraped my Ankle with Bandage. He looked at me. Then i noticed he had a Black Eye. I lean over and touch it. "Shit, i caused all this." I mutter.
He gently carressed my cheek slowly trailing down on my Neck. "Angelica, you are so beautiful." He smiled. I felt my heart melting down............ i think .... I Love him...
