It all started with the night.

Everything was dark and the only light was the sun's reflecting glow on the moon. The stars spread across the sky supporting the moon with its little twinkling. The world felt like it was covered with a thick blanket. The wind blew like winter and the sky, dark making lights brighter than usual.

Olivia sat on the bench near the lake where the moon reflected her light. It has been one year since she found out who her mother was. She doesn't know what she could do. She doesn't know if she could make two people fall in love with a bow and arrow like her other siblings did. She doesn't know if she could even do anything. She wasn't sure of who she was.

She had always had boys falling off their feet for her. It would often make her wonder if it was just from the gift her mother had given her or if it was real. She swore to herself that she'll never fall in love.

She wanted to be normal, like the other people around. She wanted to live normally and she wanted to have normal problems like normal people had. But this is a problem with a solution that could, possibly, not be answered.

She's caught between who she is and who she wants to be.

The sound of a branch breaking filled the air which interrupted Olivia's thoughts. She glanced back and stood up quickly, slowly getting scared. She grabbed a broken twig — that laid near her left foot — and slowly took a deep breath, lessening her distance with the forest.

"Who's there?" she yelled. The closer she came to the forest, the weaker and less confident she became. Her hands were shaking from both nervousness and the coldness of the atmosphere.

The only response she got was the effect of the wind on the leaves. "Who's there?" she repeated. A figure appeared behind a tree. He was partly covered by a shadow the trees caused but his light brown hair was sticking out. Grey eyes were staring into her green ones. She wasn't sure if it was a reflection from the moon light but it looked beautiful.

Before she could say anything, the boy ran towards the woods leaving Olivia alone again. Her thoughts filled her head with questions she can't sort out. She stood there, motionless, left with another question to answer.
