When I First Dyed My Hair

okay, so I was about 11 years old and I watched a ton of hair and makeup videos on youtube, Like how to put on eyeliner (I did it with sharpie when I was 8 but that's a different story,) and how to put on flawless foundation. But one video stood out to me. It was about a girl who dyed her hair turquoise or blue-green or something close to how my hair is now. My mom used to own a salon so she had hair dye on deck. In every cabinet in the bathroom, there was hair dye of every color everywhere. So I grabbed the blue-green and got busy with it. I dyed it and showed my mom all proud because I did it on my own. She was not as proud of it as I was. She yelled at me so much like "SAPPHIRE I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO FOR SCHOOL NOW?!" I just shrugged my shoulders and now that I think about it, I laugh so hard with my mom because ever since then, I can dye my hair whatever color I want.
