Harry entered the coffee shop and immediately noticed Louis. He proceeded towards the boy and sat down across from him.
"Afternoon, doll." Louis cheesed
"Hey Lou," Harry replied
The two sat for a moment, in silence. Although it wasn't awkward. Louis then spoke up, creating a new conversation.
"Tell me about yourself. This is a date, no?"
Harry smiled slightly.
"Yes, I do suppose this is a date" he chuckled and continued talking.
"I'm 19, graduated high school last year and started uni a few months ago."
"What's your major?" Louis asked
"I'm flip flopping between two; photography and literature. Mostly writing. I haven't decided which one I want to make a career out of."
"I see," nodding his head.
"What about your family? Tell me about them." He grinned
"I have a sister, Gemma. She's in Manchester at uni as well. My mum lives in Cheshire with my stepdad Robin. And then my best friend Liam. He's quite the loser, but I love him anyways. That's pretty much it, small family, but we love each other."
Louis nodded smile prominent on his face.
"Go on, tell me about yours then" Harry pushed, sipping on the tea he had got when he arrived.
"I have 7 siblings. 3 half and four full. There's Georgia, she's my dads. Then Félicité, Lottie, Daisy and Phoebe, those two are twins. And my other half siblings Doris and Ernest, who are also twins. My mom and stepdad live in Doncaster, and my best friend Niall is here at uni with me." Louis concludes.
"What are you studying?" Harry asks
"Music and theatre," Louis states proudly.
"I want to be a teacher. I guess music and theatre mash together and I can do both." He shrugs
"That's great, you'd make a good teacher" Harry winks.
"Thank you, same to you with your two majors" Louis giggled
The rest of their time was filled with getting to know each other. Asking different questions, telling old stories, exploring each others interests. It was only when Louis noticed it had gone dark outside, they realized that they had spent all day with one another.
"How far is your place from here?" Harry asked while sliding on his jacket.
"'Bout three miles. I'll catch a cab." He shrugged
"My flat is only a few minutes from here. It's late, and I don't want you out by yourself." He added.
Louis nodded and the two stepped out into the brisk autumn air.

•"You know, I think I might cut my hair soon." The taller one stated as they walked into Harry's apartment.
"Yeah? How short are we talking?"
"I'd say like, shorter on the sides, longer at the top?"
"It'd be a good look on you. You should do it." Louis smiles.
Harry nods and walks into the living room.
"It's only 10, would you want to watch a movie? Unless you're tired, I can show you the guest room and we can just go to bed." Harry stumbles
"What movie?" He laughs
"You can choose. You are the guest after all" flopping onto the couch.
Louis nods and proceeds to Harry's shelf of movies. After awhile he pulls one out and decides it'd be the perfect ending to the date. He stands up and puts the movie into the disc player and takes a seat beside Harry.
"What movie did you pick?" Harry asks curiously
"Peter Pan" He cheeses
Harry chuckles softly as Louis cuddles into him and they begin the movie. The smaller lad was much more into the film than Harry was. He kept sneaking small glances at him and watch as Louis's eyes lit up at the movie. He noticed every giggle, every sideways smile, and every eye roll. Louis yawned and turned to face Harry, and he quickly turned away. Making it seem as though he wasn't staring.
"I know you were staring you loosah" Louis scoffed
Harry shrugged and wrapped him arms around Louis so that they were right up against each other.
"I can show you the guest room now, if you want me to?"
Louis was about to respond when a crack of thunder hit. He practically jumped into Harry's lap and slowly nodded his head.
"Are you afraid of storms?" Harry asked
"What? No. Are you kidding? Only little kids are afraid of storms" waving Harry off.
Harry shrugged and opened the door to Louis room.
"I'm just down the hall," Harry pointed to his room door.
"The bathroom is around the corner. If you need anything, don't hesitate to wake me up. Okay?"
Louis nodded, Harry kissed his cheek and mumbled a quick 'goodnight' before heading to his room and leaving Louis alone. After awhile, the storm seemed to have calmed down and Louis fell asleep. Only to be woken up once more to a loud clap of thunder, the lighting illuminated his room. He hurried to Harry's room and swiftly shut the door and quietly crawled into Harry's bed. The curly boy turned and wrapped him arms around Louis, instantly soothing him.
"You 'right?" He said half asleep.
"Yeah, you were right about the storm. I'm sort of afraid of them" Louis whispered.
Harry hummed in reply, while nuzzling his face into Louis' neck, the two falling asleep once more.
