⛄Icy's POV⛄(8 years old)

'Run get him to a safe place' was all I could think 'he has to stay safe.' You turned around to make sure your little brother who is only four is still behind you. You find he is starting to lag behind due to the fact that he has been following you for about 30 mins to get away from the demon Deliora. Seeing that he is exhausted and Deliora is no where in site you say to your baby brother, "Why don't we take a break, Gray, we will need some sleep after all." Yes Gray Fullbuster is your younger brother he's a energetic little puff ball but you've learned to deal with his hyperactive-ness. He replied in pants, "T-thanks... Sis." I smile softly at him.

❄Gray's POV❄

I woke up hazily to what sounded like Icy yelling and shaking me, "GET UP WE NEED TO GO BEFORE HE FINDS US!!" She yelled. I lazily looked around to find 'DELIORA HOW DID HE GET HERE SO FAST!!!' I thought. Icy told me to run so I ran behind the nearest rock I cold find pulling her with me. "Gray I have to figh-" I cut her off with tears in my eyes, "No Icy I'm not letting you Deliora is a demon created by magic, we don't have that, we can't beat him till we learn it, mom and dad already tried and now they aren't here anymore." By now the tears were streaming down my face. Icy pulled me into a hug in attempt to comfort me, I calmed down enough to go into the cave that was near by and fell asleep.

⛄Icy's POV⛄

'Finally he fell asleep' I thought. Mumbling I'm sorry under my breath to Gray I ran out of the cave and found a rock,sticks, and some vine made a quick spear and ran to the opposite side of Deliora and threw the spear up and hit him in the side of the head he turned to me and I ran, it didn't take long for him to catch up with me for the fact he's like the council knows how much taller he is than me. Soon after realizing he was right behind me I felt my self hit a building HARD. Blacking out soon after before I fell unconscious I saw a large scaly thing pick me up and take me to safety.

🐊Scaly Things POV🐊

I saw a young girl being thrown across town by Deliora. I flew to her and brought her to my cave.

*Two hours later*

I heard a faint groan and a quiet ouch coming from the girl I brought here.

⛄Icy's POV⛄

'Ouch that hurts I can only remember being hit by Deliora and a big scaly thing and GRAY!! oh no where is he I don't see him' I thought looking around frantically. That's when I noticed a large shadowy figure in the corner of the large cave. "A-are you the one who saved me?" I asked curiously

🐊Frostbite's POV🐊

I was curious by her not terrified figure but replied calmly, "Yes dear I am, my name is Frostbite what's yours?" "Icy Fullbuster nice to meet you thank you for saving me Frostbite." 'She seems calm but she's trying to hide behind a small rock I wonder why' I decided to come out of my shadowed area. She seemed shocked by my form as I am a ice dragon that shock slowly turned into amazement and happiness. "Woahhhhh I've never seen a teal dragon your so pretty Frosty! Oh can I call you that??" (Picture in media of Frostbite ps she a girl) "Yes dear that's fine but I have a question for you." "What is it Frosty?" She replied looking like a bug-eyed puppy its quite adorable really. "Well Icy I was planing on asking you if you'd like to learn Ice dragon slayer magic?" She looked like she was think about it

⛄Icy's POV⛄ (sorry for so many POV changes)

I was thinking about declining bit then I remembered that gray said we have to learn powerful magic before we could defeat Deliora. I then replied "I'll do it and I will be stronger next time I see my little brother." With determination.

❄Gray's POV❄

I woke up again only to find Icy not here, knowing what she's done I curl up in a ball and silently cry wishing she would come back. Thinking she is dead I walk out of the cave and walk through the now high snow from where it was snowing while I was sleeping and came across two people. Ur and her pupil Lyon, Ur saw how I was alone and decided to ask me to become her pupil to learn Ice Make Magic.

That was the last that Gray and Icy saw each other for a long while.
