Chapter 9

(One thing Liz is thinking above)

LIZ POV
I wake up in a hospital, I try to remember what happened, oh yeah I got beat up, hard. I had bruises all over my body, thankfully there were no broken bones. Maya and Jacob text me saying that there coming to visit me after school. They also told me that Noah and Missy were suspended for 3 days.
Later that day.......
"LIZ!" Jacob and Maya shouted running into my hospital room. "Are you okay?" Jacob asked. "Yeah I'm fine" I lied. A thousand different feelings and emotions went through my head. How could Noah do this? Try to make a move on me then beat me the next day.

3 days later-
I woke up by the sound on my alarm clock, it's Thursday. Today is also the day that Noah and Missy come back, well actually just Noah. Missy had been suspended again for beating another girl at our school. She was gonna be gone for two more days. I walk into school with skinny jeans and a big sweatshirt with my hair in a pony tail. I see Noah, I ignore him then go to my class. It was History. Ms. Jean said to the whole class, "okay class, today there will be groups of two, I will assign each group a country, you will have to make a poster then present it to the class, I will write the partners on the board." As soon as she said that I hoped Noah wasn't gonna be mine. He was in that class with me.
What was written on board-
"Casey and Hunter"
"Jordan and Cruz"
"Adam and Daniel"
"Abby and Kristina"
"Noah and Liz"
I looked over at Noah when I saw our names, he was already staring at me, smirking. The bell rang then he walked over to me. He gave me a note saying, "meet me at my house at 4 to do the project, we will eat dinner, I will text you my address later". I just sighed and left class. The rest of the classes went by in a blur, it's now my free period, I walked outside to sit on the bench, Noah and his friends came out and say next to me, I tried to move but they held me down. "Your a idiot" one of them said "drink bleach" another said. "You should try to loose weight" another said I finally got up and walked two inches before Noah kicked me in the back, making me fall. I felt the tears run down my face, I ran away. I came back for my 6th period. I re-applied my makeup so it didn't look like it was crying. Maya and Jacob kept asking me if I was okay. I just said "I'm fine". The rest of the day went away fast.
I walked over to Noah's house. I knocked then he answered a few seconds later.
"Hi" he said.
"Yeah, hey." I replied, not wanted to deal with him.
