Chapter 35

NOAH POV
It's been a month of summer already and I've been trying everything to try to be next to Liz, I tried the movies but she switched seats, then I've tried going to her house but her mom always answers the door and says that she isn't there, which I know sometimes she is. Then I've tried texting and calling and even emailing and she has blocked me on there. She sometimes talks to me but only in a friendly way, maybe she was giving me signals to move on. I think it is finally time to move on, maybe she would hang out with me more if I was seeing someone. Anyways, I knew she was going to be gone for the weekend, so I had 3 days to get a girlfriend.

LIZ POV
I got all packed so I was ready for tomorrow, I decide to drive up to the gas station to get some snacks and drinks for the rode, as well as getting gas.

*THE NEXT DAY*
I got up the next morning and got ready, Will would be driving the way there then I would be driving the way back. I choose to wear leggings, a long (mid thigh) flannel, then a black undershirt. I get my things loaded into the car, I go ahead and pick up Desi and Will. They load their things in the car, then we go and head to the U of L campus. It's about a four hour drive. The plan we had is we are going to tour the campus today for fun then tomorrow meet all the teachers and that stuff.

The car ride there mainly involved all of us singing Be Okay by Oh Honey (play above). As soon as we got there we checked into our hotel rooms, we each got a single. After that we got lunch together, I got a chicken sandwich, Desi got a salad, then Will got a hamburger. We ate then made our way to the campus. We were walking outside the campus when someone stopped me, "omg, that top is amazing" said a random boy said to me, "sorry, that's spencer, if you look him up in the dictionary the definition will say "gayer than gay", but don't worry he is very open minded about it" says another person, a girl, next to him, "by the way I'm Tamara, then that's (pointing to a girl on the other side of Spencer) Chloe, then of course you just met Spencer" Tamara says. "Cool, I'm Liz, then this is Desi and Will" I say while pointing to Desi and Will. "Cool, so I'm guessing you all are going into to freshman year?" We nod, "cool, so are we, well we have to go, but we will be looking forward to seeing you next fall!" She shouts as Spencer, Chloe and her walk away. "Well that was interesting" Desi says, "yeah it was" Will agrees. We take the day to tour the outside of the campus, after that we go back to the hotel. Now I'm certain I will like it here.
