"Gen what are you doing?! I thought you were back in New Jersey, with your family. But instead I find you here at this cheap motel visiting some guy?" Perrie says loudly.Gen turns around and stomps over towards Perrie. As she reaches where Perrie is standing she drags her behind a vending machine. As she stands in front of her red haired fiancé, Perrie notices that she's been crying.
"That guy is my brother, and what are you doing following me?!" Gen yells at Perrie, fed up with how her fiancé has been acting.
"Your brother? The one who found out he was cancer free?" Gen nods her head, and Perrie feels her stomach churning.
"I am so sorry, I saw you pulling out of our driveway, and I was confused because you said you were in New Jersey. And then I followed you here, and when I saw you kissing him I just assumed. But I should have known you would never do that to me, I'm so sorry." Perrie whispers.
Gen just looks at her, debating on what she will say. She takes a deep breathe and then exhales.
"No it's my fault I should have told you that my family flew out here to surprise me." Gen replies and pushes back a piece of hair from Perrie's face.
"Come on, I'm sure they want to see you again." Gen tells the blonde, then takes her hand, and leads her to the motel room.
"Perrie!" The redhead's family yells in unison.
After Perrie greets everyone, Genevieve's parents pull her aside to talk.
"How have you been sweetheart?" Gen's mom asks while rubbing Perrie's back soothingly.
"I have been very good Mrs. Matthews." Perrie tells the brunette woman.
"Oh call me Sam, we're practically family." The older woman giggles.
"It's so weird to see my daughter marrying my old student." Mr. Matthews sighs with a smile.
"You're favorite old student I hope." Perrie grins.
"Actually, now that I'm no longer your teacher I can let you know that Leigh Anne was my favorite student." He chuckles as the younger blonde frowns.
"Well Leigh Anne was every teacher's favorite." Perrie smiles.
She begins to remember when she walked into her and Leigh Anne's room, and finds Leigh Anne writing out a bunch of letters.
"What is all this?" The blonde questions.
"I'm writing a letter to each teacher I had in high school. I wanted to thank them for everything they have ever done for me." Leigh smiles, showing her beautiful white teeth.
"You are the most caring person I have ever met." Perrie says as she sits down and gives Leigh a peck on the cheek.
"Perrie?" She hears Gen's voice and snaps out of her thoughts.
"Yes?" Perrie asks.
"I was just telling everyone that we're so excited for our rehearsal dinner tomorrow." Gen says smiling.
"We're having our rehearsal dinner tomorrow?" Perrie asks.
"Yeah I thought we could have two you know one the day before the wedding, in two weeks, and one tomorrow so it won't be as bad the second time around. I just want to make sure everything goes perfectly." Gen says sounding a little concerned.
"Okay, I'll call Leigh Anne and let her know." Perrie says reaching for her phone.
"Don't worry about it I already called her to let her know." Gen says quickly.
