Why me?!?!

I tried everything I could but nothing seemed to get me out of going to that boarding school. Heck, I even had a tantrum but my parents were pretty clear on the fact that they knew what I was trying to do...so they sent me to my room.

Here I am now, laying on my bed, staring at my ceiling in depression. Dad said that I'm leaving in a week meaning that not only am I going to a boarding school, I'm also going to be the new chick from out of town whose not going to make any friends. I mean, except for Ava cause she'll be there too.

'Ok, Jessica, you have a week to say goodbye to all of your friends. You can do this!' I say to myself in my head. I get out of my very comfy bed when I hear my phone vibrate.

        "Hello?" I say

"Jessica, there's this sweet party at Tyler's house. You gotta come!" I hear Ava's excited vice ring through my ear.

"I don't know Ava, I think I would rather go to the library one last time," I say solemnly.

"No! You have to come. Please??" I can literally feel her puppy dog eyes through the phone.

"Fine," I sigh. "I'll be there in 20 minutes."

       "Ok, hurry! Bye!" She says.

"Bye," I quickly answer back before throwing my phone onto my bed. 'Now what am I going to wear? Ooh, this looks nice.' (Image of dress at top or side) It's really showy but I think I wanna be a bad girl for a day. Maybe that's what I need to do to get out of going to this stupid school. After finishing my minimal make-up, I put on my black heels and grab my car keys before racing out the door and quickly yelling to my mom to tell her that I'm going to party. I think I hear her say something after, but I know I can't listen if I want to get in trouble.

I got into my glorious red Porsche--ok, I gotta admit, I come from a pretty rich family--and drove over to Tyler's house. I only know the directions because Ava's obsessed with him and tells me his address every chance she gets. Of course, it's only so she can get me to come to one of his parties.

Once I got there, everyone stared. I guess I looked pretty hot. I immediately spotted Ava, who was clinging onto Tyler's arm meanwhile, Tyler looked like he wanted to go run into a ditch and never come out. I ran over to her, giving her a disappointed look which she returned with a 'sorry' one then let go of Tyler's arm to grab mine.

"Ooooh! You look hot, with capital H,"  drunk Tyler said, slurring his words and looking me up and down.

"Thanks," I replied before turning around with Ava still stuck to me, holding on for dear life. I found a bathroom and pulled her in. "What were you doing?!" I shouted.

"I don't know, I can't remember," she said, "He looked so annoyed. Oh, no! He's gonna hate me isn't he?"

"It won't even matter in a few days when we're off living in a rich snotty-kid boarding school," I said and that's all it took for her to turn around to the toilet, bend down, and empty her stomach. "Hey, it's ok," I said rubbing soothing circles on her back as she continued to vomit. "How much did you drink anyways?" I asked.

"I don't know like six beer bottles or something," She replied.

"Ava! Ok, first of all, this is underage drinking and second of all, what were you thinking?!?!" I yelled. "Come on, I gotta get you home," I said quietly. I picked her up and got her out of the bathroom but then, some really hot just guy had to come bounding over and stand right in front of me to check me out. I was so awestruck that I dropped Ava and she landed on the floor with a thud.

"Jessica! Snap out of it!" Ava yells at me.

"What? oh," I say still kind of mesmerized and then all of a sudden I snap out of it. "Omg Ava, I'm so sorry!"  I say as I pick her back up and make a move to get out of this gigantic house that I'm bound to get lost in.

"So your name is Jessica," the guy calls with a really hot Italian accent. Oh my god, I think I'm going to faint. "I'm Jacob, " He says.

"Look, it was nice to meet you and all but I really have to go, " I say while Ava stands next to me, impatiently staring.

"Wait, can I at least have your number?" He asks.

"Sorry, I can't right now," I say gesturing towards Ava, "Maybe next time!" I yell while practically running through all the bodies dancing on the dance floor that Tyler's gigantic house has. I quickly get Ava home, make sure she's alright and then I head back to my house. I grab a glass of water before heading upstairs to change and take off all my make-up. I then lay down and think, 'Maybe boarding school won't be that bad,' and that's my last thought before I fall into a deep sleep.
