3rd Letter: Marriage

Dear Chaerin,

You're going to have a detention aren't you?? Don't worry, I'll be there too. I just heard from my friend you did, so.. Maybe spot me from there. :)

I recieved a letter earlier before meeting Jimin and Rapmon.

Guess what? There was another guy in the office. Is he my secret admirer?

If he was the one, then Yoongi would be lying.

"Oh, Jungkookiee!!" Jimin clinged into Jungkook who was already here before us.

"Jimin, get off man!" He was disgusted with Jimin's sudden action.

"Shh!! Quiet!" The teacher arrived.

We quickly went to our individual seats. The teacher asked us to be separated with each other so we won't be talking.

"The student council president will be here shortly. He will be in my stead so behave. For Jungkook and Jimin, I know you're in a group with the student council president, but I asked him to be fair. I also have Chaerin here so, everything would be fine." The teacher left.

I knew it.

It has to be Yoongi. He's going to be here.

"So, is my secret admirer one the guys here?" I whispered to Jimin.

He just shrugged and I took a glance at Jungkook. He was writing something. I took suspicions too, since he was glancing at me while writing. Meanwhile, Yoongi smiled at me from time to time. Jimin was doodling like a kid.

"Ugh. I'm bored." I burst out from boredom. I had nothing to do. Our phones were at the front. I'll surely get killed by my father.

Maybe the Yakuza will barge in! Nooo!!

"Please be quiet Chaerin, or else your grades will go down." Yoongi warned.

"Fine." I crossed my arms and pouted. If it wasn't about the grade idea, I wouldn't even be here right now. So bored and too much suspicions. I'll ask them one by one if ever I have a time to ask, that is.

After 30 minutes, we finally got released from the prison; it's what I call it. Now, time to go home.

I walked home by myself and arrived not soon after.

"Chaerin madam!" The guys greeted.

"Annyeong.." I smiled and bowed.

"Chaerin!" I heard my fad calling me.

"Yes father?" I quickly came to his side and sat down.

"Why are you late today?" He looked down, not facing me.

"I was doing student papers father. I'm sorry.." I apologized and lied. I feel horrible for lying, but I will never say I got in trouble.

"Chaerin ah.." He trailed off and looked at me in the eye. It felt really weird, but I couldn't help but raise suspicions about what he was going to say.

"Yes father?"

"I decided to plan an arrange marriage for you." He announced.

I knew something was off.

"Father? Why?" I tried to remain calm.

"If you don't like it, I can decline the offer. But I want you to consider it.. Before I leave this world, I want to see my lovely daighter get married." He smiled at me lovingly.

"Father.." To be honest, I quite felt bad to decline the offer.. I mean, for the first time, I felt bad for my father. I hugged him tight.

"It's okay father.. If that's your wish." I accepted the offer.

"Heard that?" His tone got happier than a second ago.

"Yup. Really well." Someone came out from the closets.

"Wait. What?" I let go of him and saw a guy.

"I'm glad you accepted it. I got everything recorded!" The guy then replayed the conversation- more like a deal I would say, with my father.

"It's okay father.. If that's your wish."

"What is this?!" I yelled.

"Madam, what is it?" The other guys came to my aid.

"Father!!" I yelled at him.

"Gotchu!" He winked and did a finger gun.

"How could you do this to me?!" I ran off and slammed the door outside. How could he joke marriage like that?!

I went out of the house and I was near the window in my father's room.

"Sir.. wouldn't you tell madam?" I heard a guy talking to my father.

"It's better this way.. I love my daughter of course.. I just want to see her get married before I leave permanently.." He trailed off.

"Sir.."

"Go.. Find my daughter." He order and sighed.

I dashed off the house crying.

Seriously..

Dad is such a joker.
