Brayden-The Jock
Meeting:
The first football game for the junior school year has finished and your school has won! Your friend wants you to meet this guy and she takes you to where he was. He looks over at you and smiles.
"Hey, Jess." he glances over at you. "Who's your friend?" he asks.
"Oh, this is (name). She's my friend." Jess says.
He looks at you and you notice how hot he is. You look down at the ground, blushing.
The coach calls the team over and he looks at you and Jess.
"See you guys later." he says, but not before handing you a slip of paper. You unfold it to find his phone number and his name, which you find out is Brayden.
Jess squeals while you just roll your eyes as the two of you head off the field.
Confession:
You and Brayden have been texting for at least three months. You both have developed feelings for one another, but you both don't know how to express your feelings.
One day, Brayden sends you a text while you're doing your Spanish homework.
'(name)?'
'yes?'
'(name), i wanna tell you something, but i don't know how to say it.'
'ok? what is it?'
'(name)...i really like you.'
'you do?'
'yes, i do. do you like me, too?'
'i do. i really like you, brayden.'
'you'll go out with me, then?'
'yes.'
Break-up:
You two have been dating for a year and a half and so far, the relationship had been going smoothly. Once you started girls track in the spring, you guys have begun to grow distant. Brayden's been around his friends more than you and it was beginning to upset you. After you finish practice for the day, you walk out of the school building and find him chilling with friends, like always. You pull him away from his friends and you guys begin to fight.
"You're not paying any attention to me! Why is that?" you asks.
"Can't I chill with the boys for a little bit?" he asks.
"Boys this, boys that! You never spend time with me anymore! Am I not that important to you?!" you scream in his face.
He was silent while you just rested your hands on your hips.
"You know what? It's over." you tell him before storming off.
Make-up:
In the past seven weeks, Brayden has sent you at least sixty-seven text messages, saying that he was sorry. You ignore those messages and continue on with your daily life. Prom was just around the corner and you were not planning on going anymore. Jess tried to convince you, but you said no. You were putting away your books just as someone began to speak from behind you.
"I'm really sorry, (name)." he says.
You turn and you glare into his hazel eyes.
"I'm not going to forgive you, no matter how many time you say it." you hiss menancingly.
"Not even for a kiss?" Brayden asks.
You slam your locker door shut.
"No." you state simply as you begin to walk off.
However, he grabs ahold of your wrist, pulls you towards him, and kisses you. You try to push him away, but you can't help but melt into the kiss. You missed his kisses a lot. He pulls away from the kiss and smiles at you before digging through his jeans pocket and showing you a ring.
"I want to keep you forever, (name). No more breakups at all. So, will you marry me?" he asks.
Your eyes brim over with tears and you nod as he slips the ring on your finger. He pulls you towards him once again and he kisses you once again.
Life after high school:
You guys end up getting married at a place you pick out. You guys end up going to Vermont during the fall. All of your friends and family are there for the occassion and that day was a day to remember.
You guys end up moving to Atlanta, Georgia and have one baby girl, Sandra. She ends up growing up to be a beautiful model and is going around the world. She sends you guys postcards and you always keep in touch.
Brayden ends up being the quarterback for his dream NFL team, the Raiders. As for you, you end up staying at home and taking care of the new puppy, Lila.
