I don't know you, but I know somewhat how you feel. You do not think highly of yourself. You are sad a lot of the time, or worried. Maybe you don't eat because you don't like your outward appearance. Maybe you hurt yourself on the outside to try to drive away the hurt on the inside. Maybe your problem goes beyond anything mentioned here.
But I am here to tell you that you are beautiful, amazing, talented, intelligent, and awesome. I don't know you, but I know that everyone has their own gifts and abilities, just like everyone has their own challenges and weaknesses. That's why we're all here, because each person has strengths to make up for another person's shortcomings. Everyone has something equally important to offer the world. And no matter how lonely you feel, you are not alone. There is someone out there who loves you.
