Chapter 6

Han Naeun POV

I went to school early. Well, it always happens. When you come early and there's no one there, I think I started to like Chunhe's brother. I knew this was too fast for me, but I felt comfortable around him. Chunhe said his brother had never been in a relationship before. Is it meant to imply that he is not a playboy like Baekhyun?

"It's bad if you keep sighing in the morning." I turned around and looked at where that voice came from. After I found out who it was, I made my way to somewhere so I could avoid him.

"You know, running away from me without a plan won't work, "he grabbed my hand.

"Let me go, Baekhyun," I said, and tried to release my hand from his grip.

"Naeun, I told you many times that you were correct.I won't hurt you. Please don't avoid me," he begged me. This was my first time hearing that he begged someone. But I know he will beg more after this. Just wait.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"Answer me honestly," he said, and looked into my eyes. He looked like he really meant it. I nodded my head slowly.

"Who-"

"Han Naeun! "Someone called me. We both look at that person.

"What are you doing with my girlfriend? Let her hand go," Chunmi said. I blushed after hearing that he said that I was his girlfriend. Baekhyun let go of my hand, and Chunmi saw it, so that made him hold my hand.

"girlfriend? Are you not Chunhe's boyfriend?" Baekhyun asked.

"No, Chunhe's brother" looked at me and then back at Baekhyun.

"Who, after all, is Jisoo to Chunhe?" I was shocked by Baekhyun's sudden question. Why was he so curious about her? Is Baekhyun like her?

Chunmi replied, "Her childhood friend and her first love." That made Baekhyun and I widen our eyes. No wonder they looked so close.

"Are you her seatmate?" suddenly Chunmi asked. Baekhyun nodded. This guy has a lot of gut.

"Don't you dare hurt her, "Chunmi warned him.Baekhyun did not say anything and just nodded. There must be something. Shit.

Byun Baekhyun POV

Damn, that word kept playing in my mind. I knew it was him. But I don't think they will believe what I'm going to say. I can't say that the dude planned something bad for Chunhe. I know they will back him up. Believe me. I don't know why I care so much about this. This is not even my business.

So Chunmi was Chunhe's brother. It means Chunmi was the reason why they planned to hurt Chunhe. Haish, the more I think about it, the more stress I will feel. Baekhyun, please forget this. This is none of your business. She won't care if you help her.

"Baek, stop ruffling your hair." Chanyeol expressed concern.

"I don't know what to do now, Yeol," I confessed and ruffled my hair.

"What do you mean that you don't know what to do? Is it that you sleep with anyone and she gets pregnant? " This dude always thinks negatively.

"Like seriously, Yeol." I ruffled my hair again. I know I'm a playboy, but I'm not that kind of person who sleeps with girls and makes them pregnant.

"Then what is it? Tell me, "he looked at me curiously.

"What if you know someone who planned to hurt a person you know, but then you find out that the person who planned it was her first love? What will you do?" I asked.

"Wow, it sounds difficult. If it was me, I would protect that person no matter what, "Chanyeol said.

"Wait, is someone going to hurt Chunhe?" I'm curious how this guy got it so quickly.I sighed.

"If it was her, I would have and you have to, "he whispered to me something. Wow, this guy is really helpful sometimes.

Choi Chunhe POV

I walked to the classroom, and I went straight to my seat. I saw Baekhyun was busy talking with Chanyeol, so I just ignored it. Jisoo said he needed to go somewhere. I don't want to ask him where because it will look like I'm clingy to him. He's also been weird since he moved here. I don't know how to say it.

Mr. Yu entered the class. Baekhyun quickly went to his seat, and I saw Jisoo enter the class. I smiled at him and he replied back. I don't know if it's just my mind making it up or if it's true. I think Baekhyun kept looking at me.

"Okay, class. I have bad news and good news. Which one do you want to hear first? " Mr. Yu asked. All the students replied with the bad first, except me and Baekhyun. He's quiet today.

"The bad news is that next week is your exam," which is enough for us to sigh without stopping.

"The good news is that after the exam, you guys have a vacation." everyone shouted happily

"Good luck, student," and with that, he left. I put my head on the table. Then, I heard someone knock on my table. Since I put my head on the table, the sound became louder, which made me immediately sit up. I glared at the person who did that.

"Don't give me that look, duh, "he said. I rolled my eyes.

"Let's make a deal," he said, smirking. I gave him that look.

His grin grew larger as he said, "If I get a higher score than you on the exam next week, you'll be my girlfriend for the next three months."

"Are you kidding me?" I asked in disbelief. He just nodded.

"Okay, if I get a higher score than you, you'll follow what I said for 3 months, "I said.

"Deal?" he said as he extended his hand to me. I took it and shook their hands.

"Deal"
