Chapter 10

Choi Chunhe POV

The class finished, but I still hadn't seen Baekhyun since I dragged him to the rooftop. My classmate kept asking me where he went. How can I know? He made me feel bad. Haish, is it because of me that he skipped school today?

"How long are you going to stare at that seat? " I looked at the person who asked it. It was Jisoo. I sighed.

"Do you care about him? Did you know Naeun cried because of him? He was really heartless. Although Naeun is just his past, he doesn't have to say all the mean words to her, "Jisoo said. That made me take it back. It's true anyway. I cared for someone who hurt my best friend. I know he was wrong, but I don't know.

"Let's go. Chunmi will kill us if we're late." Naeun said, I nodded and started packing my things.

We walked together to get my brother. Naeun immediately ran to him after seeing him. I don't have any interest in teasing them now. I just wonder where Baekhyun is right now. I know I hate him, but I still care for him, especially after what happened.

"Chunmi, I will go home by myself. I want to go somewhere, "I said, and quickly left before he started asking me weird questions.

I don't have any plans for where I should go. I just walked around without a plan. I just want to rest my mind for now. Many things have happened in the past few days. Why does Baekhyun work so hard to get close to me? Is he planning to harm me in the same way that Naeun did?

Jisoo. He's never been overprotective like this before. When I'm around Baekhyun, he always finds a way to make me distance myself from him.I don't know if it's good for me or not. But his actions showed that he was hiding something. When I asked him, he just acted cold towards me and left me dumbfounded.

I want my old Jisoo, who was playful and always made jokes to make me happy. His new side, I don't know, I just can't accept it. It's not suitable for him. Haish. I'm planning to rest my mind, but now I'm thinking about a lot of things. Chunhe, I'm serious.

I turned on my phone and looked at the missed calls from Jisoo, 24 missed calls from Naeun, and 36 missed calls from Chunmi. I sighed and turned off my phone again. It's not like I ran away from home. They treated me as if I were a baby.

Something caught my attention when I saw a group of men with black masks following someone who was wearing a school uniform. Wait, is it our uniform? I decided to follow them secretly. They walked down a quiet street.

I don't have the courage to continue following them. I was about to walk away until I saw that guy's face. It was Baekhyun. What!?! He had been followed by a group of men. One of those guys suddenly hit Baekhyun's head. I need to do something. I took the stick beside me.

"Baekhyun! " I shouted his name. They looked at me and quickly fled.

I threw the stick to one of them. I know it was crazy, but it hit that person's hand. His hand bled. But they were too fast to catch. I went to Baekhyun. He just fainted, right? Wait, he did not die, right? What should I do now? Should I do CPR? Oh no. Please don't think like that.

Byun Baekhyun POV

I opened my eyes slowly. It was not my house. The decoration is different. It's like a girl's room. What am I doing here? How can I be here? What really happened after I fainted? I tried to remember, but it made me dizzy.

"Sis, your boyfie is already up!" someone shouted.

"Shut up, you bastard! He's not my boyfriend!" a girl shouted back. Their voices are familiar to my ears. Suddenly, the door opened wide.

"Are you okay?" asked Chunhe.

"How did I end up here?" I asked her without answering her question.

"Hey, don't be rude. She brought you here and you did not answer her question, "It was Chunmi. He glared at me.

"Before I break your bone, you'd better leave." Chunhe warned Chunmi. He left the room. It's just me and her. It is a bit awkward.

"Did you remember me?" she asked me. My eyes widened as I opened them, and I smirked at her,

"I don't remember anything, but I do remember my girlfriend named Chunhe." She hit my arms lightly.

"Quit trolling. Stay here until tomorrow, "she said, and was about to leave. I held her hand.

"This is your room, right?" I asked, and she nodded.

"So where are you going to sleep later?" I asked.

"This is my house, Mr. Byun," she said and chuckled.

"Can't I sleep with you, girlfriend?" I asked where I got a hit again. That's great! After all, she was still sassy.

"Can't you kiss me first?" I pouted, and she hit me again. If I broke my arms, it was all because of her.

"Euw, no," she shook her head.She also made a face that made me smile.

"Don't make out in that room, sis! I don't want a kid in this house yet! " Chunmi shouted, making me burst into laughter.

"Don't laugh! I'm going to kill you, Choi Chunmi! "she shouted at her brother back. She then walked away from me.

I'm happy right now. She did care for me. She cared about me after all. She didn't hate me that much. I know she won't hate me that much. I like you, Choi Chunhe.
