Part four

*Lila's POV*

On my way to the North Thine hospital where Jake's body is currently being kept I was thinking horrible thoughts about the way I could kill those guys that killed my... I can't even say it anymore... We were going to get married... I was going to have his babies :'( Why did they have to take him away from me?

"It's nice to see you well Lila, how have you been?" I felt as if I just walked into a big coffin, knowing that Jake's lifeless body is in here "I've been...ok doc" I felt horrible for lying to someone who was concerned about my well being but, the last thing I want is for someone else to be sorry for me. "Ok Lila, I already know why you're here, so would you like to see him now or would you rather like 5 minutes to clear your mind before you go in?" "Could I take 10 minutes?" "Sure, I know what you must be going through, I'm so sorry Lila, I know he loved you dearly to risk his own life for you." Hearing those words made my heart break all over again I couldn't hold back the tears anymore, the hurt is overwhelming, and as I sob away in the doctor's arms I remember the first time we met. I was at the park reading when a shadow appeared next to me.
"Hey you're blocking me reading ligh..." As I looked up at his handsome face I was mesmerized by the glow in his eyes. "Beautiful." I blushed as the word escaped my lips. "Thanks ;-) I'm sorry that I'm blocking your reading light I haven't seen you before and just wanted to say hi." "Oh, I didn't mean to sound harsh or anything." "Is that a Nancy Drew book?" "Yea" "I see why you didn't want anyone in your reading light, I love Nancy Drew!" "So do I!" "What's your name?" "Come meet me here tomorrow and I'll tell you, I gotta go" "Ok. It was nice meeting you"

He looked so cute in his White shirt and black shorts and sandals. I miss him. "I'm ready to see him now." The morgue is so dark and cold and terrifying. "Here he is Lila." My heart sank as I saw how peaceful he looked in his eternal sleep. "Oh Jake." I began sobbing again as I realized that once he is placed in the ground I'll never see him again. "I'll get them, even if it kills me!"
