"Sky..." Said Zane, staring at me, breaking the silence. I guess nobody expected a girl like me to catch the flowers... I shivered and shifted my eyes to Zane.

"What?" I spat.

"Skylar." Aphmau glanced at me, in her way of saying, 'Be nice'. I sighed and nodded.

Aphmau cleared her throat, "Okay! Now that that's over! Let's party!" She smiled. I managed a fake smile. I adjusted the flowers so I held them in both hands. I cleared my throat and walked toward the dance floor. I might as well have some fun...

"Hey Sky..." A male walked up to me. I shot back to the direction he was. Whoops...its just him... Zane.

"Yes...?" I managed to say through gritted teeth.

"Want to dance?" He held out his hand. I tried so hard not to say no, but I did as Aphmau informed me. Accept whatever he says.

"Sure." I angrily said. He took my hand and put a hand on my waist. This reminds me all too much. I shivered and ignored everything but the song lyrics....Just focus on the song.

I grabbed my guitar and the mic. Honestly I don't know what made me so inspired to perform this.

I looked up from my guitar, as I stretched the last note of the song. A series a applauds were heard loudly throughout the village. Aphmau climbed up to the stage.

"As beautiful as that performance is, There is another one! Skylar and Laurance will be singing a duet!" She announced with a sly smile. I mentally face palmed. I grabbed my guitar and the lyrics. I took another look at them and realized...there were two piece of paper. They were different songs...I guess I can choose from the two? Hmm, I kinda didn't like the sound of the first one... Not to be rude, but I might as well read the second one through quickly. It was a quick love song, hmm. Both love songs, but...One was not, heavy metal? I guess...Or more emo..Either or.

"The second one is your sisters song...she wrote it..." Laurance said to me. I'm guessing she gave the lyrics to him. If it's my sisters, it's gonna be easier to play on guitar.

Might as well begin singing...
