Fluorescent lights

A girl woke up in a bright white room, looking up at the fluorescent lights. Her breathing got heavy and she shot up, she had no idea who she was. Her immediate instinct was to leave. She shot out of bed and ran out of the room, she was standing on a bridge where you couldn't see fully up or down. She kept on running and surprisingly it was very empty, she saw into different rooms. One of the rooms there were lines of people with their head open and their brain attached to wires. While being too preoccupied looking at the people she ran into someone and screamed trying to get away. He was just as frightened as her, she asked him for his name but he did not know. They both had decided to leave this place together. People in lab coats spotted them and pressed a button causing an alarm to blare. Suddenly people were chasing after them, the girl could hear her heart pounding. They passed by another room with women giving birth, the boy and the girl held each other's hands as they ran and they made it into an elevator. The elevators number was going down 30, 29, 28 They were making it to the surface. People were shooting at the elevator doors and just seemed to miss them. Finally the elevator hit level 2 and the two ran up stairs and could see a large door that said exit. The boy plopped to the floor as a bullet entered his head, the girl screamed but let go and kept running. She made it to the door and pushed the door open. There was a field covered in wheat grass and she ran out as far as she could and laid in the grass. She looked up at the sky and saw something. The sky was made up of a blue ceiling and fluorescent lights. The End
