I know, ironic title, but this is not going to end up like a Disney movie where everyone sings and is happy. It's about a demigod, it couldn't be happy.

Elsa

After revealing my powers to all of Arendelle, I feel so much better. Anna is now married to Christoff, and I am thinking of ceding the throne to them so they can rule together and I don't have so much responsibility over my country.

Today, I'm leaving Anna and Christoff in charge while I go to visit a country called Britain. My parents had been trying to find allies. They hoped to be safe from them and they wanted to learn more about the world.

Now I will finish what they started. If there is a storm, I can always freeze the water.

The journey will take four days, and I am going alone. My guards tried to get me to take some protection, but I wouldn't let anyone come. I am best alone.

I have arrived in Britain. I shall soon meet the Queen of England. Her name is Queen Ealdgyth. Right now I am at the edge of the kingdom. I will stay at the house of one of the peasants who lives on the shore.

I knock on her door and it wass immediately answered. The woman who answered it was about seventeen, with blond hair. She was well-muscled from years of work. She bowed low when she saw me. As she bowed, she said humbly, "Queen Elsa, a pleasure to make your acquaintance."

"Oh there's no need for that! What's your name, dear?" I said bowing to her.

"My apologies, my lady. You are not like the royals that I had previously met. My name is Anne."

I tried not to stare at her, but I was almost transfixed by her stormy gray eyes, which seemed to be calculating my every move.

"Not to be rude, but have you never seen anyone with gray eyes?"

I jumped, startled, and accidentally froze a part of the wall. Slowly, I turned back to Anne, eyes wide. She looked startled, but not as much as you would think.

Who was she? Was there another person with my powers out there somewhere? Was it her?

"You aren't surprised." I stated.

"Do you know your mother and father? Also do you have siblings with the same powers?"

"I knew both of my parents. They're gone now. But Anna doesn't have powers."

"Is your sister younger than you?"

"Yes."

She looked at me seriously. "You are the daughter of either a god or a goddess. There is no way to tell for sure which, unless you are claimed. Your parents, both of them have lied to you when they told you about your birth."

"What? No it couldn't be. They'd never lie to me!" This woman knew nothing about me! She didn't know about my- Wait, did she say gods?

"Who are you really!?! Who are your parents?"

"My mother is Athena, goddess of war strategy, wisdom, and crafts."

"Okay, okay, erm..." I thought about which questions to ask. "Are there others like you?"

"Yes. This whole town is a refuge for people like us, demigods."

"What are their powers? Can I meet them?" I was excited. I wasn't alone! Maybe I had a half-sibling here that had the same powers as me. Maybe they could help me refine my powers!

"Yes, I can take you to see them. They all have different powers. They can all demonstrate too."

Anne led me outside and called out, "You can come out now everyone! She's one of us."

People spilled out of the huts in the village. I guessed that there were almost two-hundred people. Most of them were small children and teenagers, but that was kind of expected. Most people didn't live past thirty. Still, the oldest person I saw was maybe twenty. Maybe all the older people had stayed inside?

"Who's her parent?" asked a young boy near the front of the crowd. He had sandy blond hair and blue eyes.

"We don't know yet Carter."

"Can you people show me your powers? I'll show you mine."

The villagers divided into about twenty different groups. Some only had one person in it, but they looked different than anyone else, as if they couldn't fit into another group. I noticed in particular a little boy who was only seven or eight. He had long black hair that almost covered his eyes and was deathly pale. He could have been sick.

The first group that stepped forward was the group with Carter. They all looked alike. An older girl came forward and said, "I am Elizabeth, daughter of Zeus." She held up her hand and a bolt of lightning hit the ground in the distance, even though it wasn't stormy.

"I am Peter, son of Poseidon." He closed his eyes and water came up from the ground and surrounded him.

"I am Obsidian, son of Hades," said the little boy I had noticed earlier. "I call the ghosts of this woman's parents."

Mist came out of the ground and changed into the form of my father.

"Papa!" I ran to him, trying to hug him. When I touched him, I felt nothing but cold mist. "Papa, I need to know, who was my mother?"

"My dear, I don't know who you're talking about. Your mother is the same-"

I cut him off, saying, "No she isn't! I have these powers and no one else does. WHO is she!?!"

"I'm sorry Elsa, I shouldn't have lied to you. Your mother is a goddess. Her name is Khione, goddess of ice and snow."
