Chapter 14

~ Johnson's POV ~

I am sitting in the waiting room with Magcon, Melissa, Mel's mom and dad, and a couple cops.

It has been about 4 days and we canceled the beginning of the tour, because I'm not leaving Sky.

A Doctor walks up to us and everyone stands.

"She's going to be okay, do any of you want to see her, and only 2 at a time," he says walking away.

"Jack go see her," Mel says and I stand and walk to her room.

I get to her room and open the door and see Sky laying on the bed with a full leg cast and a wrap around her neck. I walk to her and grab her and and intertwine them. I look up and she has a bruise on the right side of her face, she has a busted lip, a black eye. I look back down. Who the fuck does that to there daugh-

I was cut off of my thoughts when I felt something squeeze my hand, so I look up and see Sky looking at me. I quickly stand up and walk closer.

"Hey baby how are you," I ask as I peck her lips.

"I hurt alot," she said wincing.

"Do you remember what happened," I ask as I sit next to her on the bed.

"I broke my arm, then when we were here my parents came and I went to call you but my dad threw my phone out the window, then he choked my then the rest was just a blur," she said looking a her arm.

"Well your dad punched you in the face and your stomach and your mom shot you in the leg," I said playing with her fingers.

"Why do they hate me, I didn't even do anything to them," she said then she started crying. I quickly wipe them away and I get closer and hug her. I back away alittle and kiss her.

I pull away when the door opened and everyone came in and I look at Sky and her eyes are wide. Everyone is standing around the bed and asks if she's okay or how are you feeling.

Its been about 3 hours and we were all laughing at something Taylor said. Sky was about to say something when a couple cops came in.

"I need everyone to leave please," one of the cops asked. I turn to Sky and quickly kiss her.

I walk out the door and I see a Doctor.

"Hello excuse me," I said to the doctor.

"Yes," he said.

"When can Sky'Lenn Handsaker go home," I ask.

"Tonight," he said and I nod. I walk up to Carter.

"Hey when the cops leave can you tell Sky I went to the house," I said and he nods.

~ Sky'Lenn's POV ~

"Miss who were the people that did this to you," the cop asked.

"My parents," I said.

"What are there names," he asked.

"Lara Jean Handsaker and Damon Lee Handsaker,"I say and they nod.

"Okay thank you," he said and then left. I close my eyes and drift off to sleep.

I wake up to Johnson playing with my fingers. I open my eyes and I look at my leg and the cast is gone.

"Babe what happened," I said as I touch my leg and it doesn't hurt.

"You broke you arm and then your parents came and your dad punched you in the face and the stomach, he also choked you,"he said.

"So I didn't get shot," I ask.

"No, you were probably dreaming," he said as he leans in and kisses me. "Well come on you are going home,"

I stood up and went in the bathroom to change into my jeans and shirt. I walk out to see Johnson on his phone. I walk to the bed and put my shoes on and fix my pant legs. I stood up and grabbed my phone and put it in my back pocket.

"Ready?" I ask.

"Ready," he say and stands up and grabs my hand and walks out the door.

When we got to Johnsons house we went to his room. We get in his room and he shuts and locks the door. I lay down on his bed and look at him as he takes his shoes off and lays down next to me.

"So tour, how long?" I ask gliding my hand over his cheek.

"4 months," he says and his hand comes up to wipe a tear away.

"And you leaving tonight," I said and he nods. He leans in and kisses me and I kiss back.

We have been laying here for about 4 hours, I got this weird feeling in my stomach and I quickly jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom and threw up. Jack runs after me and holds my hair back. I finish and stand to brush my teeth.

I walk out and see jack picking his suitcases up and takes them down stairs. I walk to the bed and sit and put my shoes on.

Jack walks into the room and sits next to me. I finish tying my shoe and I lean my head on his shoulder.

"Babe we have to go to the airport," Jack says and he stands and I stand too.

"I'm gonna miss you so much," I said wrapping around his neck and hug him.

"Im gonna miss you too baby," he stayed wrapping his arms around my waist. I smash my lips to his and before he could kiss back I pull away because I got another weird feeling in my stomach.

He walked me to my house. I turn to him and kiss him.

Its not gonna be the same without him
