I wake up to the sound of my phone ringing.
"Hello?" I asked sleepily
"Hello?" Someone mocks
"Huh... Who is this?" I ask again, unaware of who it is.
"Hey dummy, its me Addy!" Adeline, my friend who moved to Australia, replies.
"ADDY!" I yelled
"Ahh.. your soo loud."
"Oh..haha sorry, so how is it in Australia?" I ask with a unsuccessful Aussie accent.
"Haha good, what time is it there sleepy head?"
"8:00"
"8:00? Your gonna be late for the first day of school!"
"FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL?"
"Ahh Eve! Yes the first day of school." she repeates again
"Ahh... I forgot I need to go Addy I call you back. Love you!"
"Haha okay byee. Love you too!"
After I hang up, I look at the time. 8:11! Shoot I'm gonna be late!
After I got dressed, I rushed downstairs and grabbed a slice of bread and rushed out of the house and into the sunny streets.
Just as I got near the bus stop, the bus zoomed past me.
Great, now how am I gonna get to school?
