As Jihara laid there dying, she felt the Tyrannosaur kneel beside her on the jungle floor. The Tyrannosaur gently pulled Jihara's head in his lap, ignoring the gushing blood coming from his wounds.
Jihara to weak to open her eyes, let herself slip into her human form causing the Tyrannosaur to readjust Jihara's position in his human lap.The Tyrannosaur's body was full of emotions, anger, sadness and fury but that all washed away when the female Velociraptor said.
"Jihara"
The Tyrannosaur stared at the velociraptor quizzically.
"What?" He asked in a whisper.
Jihara feeling death pull on her, mustered her strength, opened her mouth, spitting some blood out before saying.
"I never got your name. I'm Jihara."
The Tyrannosaur let out a sad smile, sensing that Jihara's death was near.
"Kalas. My name is Kalas."
Jihara smiled a sad smile, listening to the sounds of the creak and the jungle. Wanting to hear the last moments of her home before she slipped into a peaceful darkness.
A small tear ran down the Tyrannosaur's cheek at having sensed Jihara's passing.
Though in his heart he knew they would meet again. After all they were predators and all predators eventually end up meeting each other one way or another. Even if they don't wish too.
Has Jihara's spirit passed, time moved on until in the distance of the jungle a small Tyrannosaurus egg was born within the dangerous jungles embrace.
