Thorgy sat in the corner of the booth and pulled his knees up to his chest.
"Oh shut up, you." He grunted, sulking.
Bob chuckled and shuffled up so he was next to him.
"It's obvious you have a crush on him."
Thorgy laughed and smacked his hands down on the table.
"That was a good one, Chris."
Bob frowned at the use of his real name but rolled his eyes at the denial.
"You clearly do. Don't hide it from me."
"I- shut the fuck up Bob. I've only known him for a week."
"And? Didn't you say you found tons of drawings of you? He clearly likes you."
"He also ran out when I asked if he liked boys," Thorgy whispered, turning to face Bob. "Maybe he's gay?"
During their little secret session Naomi had skated out and placed the excessive orders on the table, later heading off to the bathroom. Thorgy and Bob were so engrossed in their conversation they didn't even notice.
"Dude! He totally likes you!" Bob said, gripping Thorgy's shoulders.
"Stop! Anyway, our foods here. We should eat."

Jamin came out of the stall after doing his business and walked over to the (you guessed it) pink sinks. He was getting uncomfortable with the amount of pink, but at least everything matched. Jamin was so engrossed in choosing which soap to use he didn't notice the figure creeping up behind him. A pair of hands covered his eyes and he shrieked, turning around and swatting his hands about. He heard laughter and opened his eyes slowly, sighing when he saw it was Naomi.
"You! What the fuck are you doing in here! This is the men's bathroom."
Naomi stifled a laugh and leant against a sink, twirling her hair.
"I am a man, you idiot."
It was only then that Jamin noticed the unusually deep voice. He made a face of realisation and went back to washing his hands.
"Drag queen, huh? Never met one before."
Naomi shrugged and watched him as he scrubbed his hands with the new strawberry soap. She liked to have multiple soaps. She figured she could tell a lot about a person by the one they chose. Once Jamin had finished he started walking over to the towels but was shoved against the wall. He tried to move but Naomi had a firm grip on both of his shoulders.
"You're really attractive, you know."
Jamin squirmed underneath her hands. This was insanely awkward for him and he could feel how sweaty his palms were getting. Naomi yanked on the waistband on the pyjama pants he was wearing and pulled him into a kiss. His eyes widened as his hands flailed around in some attempt to get away. The last time Jamin had kissed someone was when he was 14 and that was for a game of spin the bottle. He could feel her lipstick against his lips and shuddered at the feeling. He didn't like girls, but for some reason he was insanely attracted to this dude.
Naomi pulled away and grinned, taking out a pen from her apron. She took Jamin's hand and scribbled her number onto it.
"Call me." She winked, skating out the door, blowing one last kiss before she left.
Jamin walked over to the mirror and inspected the brown lipstick smeared over his face.  Well, that wasn't how he expected this day to go.

Thorgy looked up at Jamin as he trudged out of the bathroom, a puzzled look on his face.
"What took you so long?" He asked, pancake spilling out of his mouth. Jamin shrugged and motioned for Bob to scoot up. He sat down and brought his drink closer, sipping at it cautiously. Thorgy decided to drop it and went back to stuffing his face. Bob picked at the chicken wings in front of him and raised his voice.
"Man, if only someone was here to eat the rest of the turkey."
Suddenly a boy launched himself over the counter, running and plopping himself down next to Thorgy.
"Gimme that turkey neck!" He yelled, placing his pink cap on his head and wiping the stains off his matching apron. Bob giggled at the hungry boy and slid the turkey over.
"It's all yours. Jamin, meet Sang-Young. The nations hungriest lisp."
Sang-Young glared at Bob but went back to enjoying his turkey.
"What were you doing back there?" Thorgy asked, grabbing a chicken wing. Sang-young swallowed what he was chewing and wiped his mouth.
"Sleeping. I've got a full bed and breakfast back there."
Bob raised an eyebrow and folded his arms.
"Shouldn't you be, I don't know, working?"
"Shut up, it's not like you're doing your job over here. Also, no one even orders at the counter anymore. I only get grumpy workers who want coffee."
While this was happening, Jamin had decided to try some of the food. Only a bit of fast food wouldn't hurt.

It was now half an hour later and Jamin was almost throwing up. He had eaten so much and was bursting.
"Hey, Robbie! Come out and say hi!" Bob said, throwing an arm around Sang-young's shoulders. A boy poked his head through the kitchen door and smiled when he saw Bob. He made his way over to them and stood up next to Jamin.
"Hi! Enjoy the food?"
Everyone groaned at their full stomachs and Robbie laughed at the response.
"Good to know. You're Jamin right?"
Jamin nodded and shook hands with him, now more comfortable with the diner family. Naomi came out from the kitchen, now no longer in her uniform. She was wearing a pastel purple skirt along with a matching jacket and a beret placed on top of her curly 'hair'. She over to the table and leant on the counter, accidentally knocking over a pot of napkins.
"Oops!" She giggled, bending over and putting her full ass on display. "Better pick that up!"
Jamin cursed under his breath and turned away, paying attention to the conversation Thorgy and Sang-Young were having. Robbie tutted and swatted Naomi on the back.
"Put it away. We can all see your halo."
Naomi huffed and put the pot back on the table.
"Anyways, do you guys want to come to mine? We should be closing now."
Everybody murmured someone sort of 'yes' while Jamin sat silently. He had just secretly made out with this drag queen and now he had to go to her house. Perfect.
