Chapter 19

Vanoss POV

Lui and I were scoping out the docks looking for the group when I glanced to my right and saw the group putting a body into the back of a van. I looked a little closer and just my luck, the body was Hazel's.

"Guys Hazel has been kidnapped, get y'alls asses to the south part of the docks right now! Moo, block off the entrance so they can't leave, they're in a black van." I commanded through the earpiece.

I aimed my gun at the drivers side of the moving van to shoot the driver but then I thought that the van could loose control and kill Hazel. I looked away from the scope and saw Wildcat and Nogla trying to cut off the van. Then I saw Mini at the top of a container, waiting for it to pass by him so he could jump on and knock out the driver. Just as the van was fixing to pass Mini, it swerved and took a detour.

"Fuck, what the hell are we supposed to do? We can't shoot the tires or driver because that could lead to Hazel dying." Basically said frustrated.

I looked at the van and saw that it was going out a different entrance than the main one. I couldn't let them get away that fast.

"Everyone, meet up with Moo and go to the beach. Lui, fly me as close as you possibly can to the van." I said.

"10-4." Lui replied.

The van was now speeding along the coast and as we got closer, it felt even faster. I grabbed a tracking device from my pocket and made my way to the side or the helicopter.

"That's as close as I can get Vanoss!" Lui shouted.

I looked at the ground which was about 15 feet from me and then back to the van.

"The things that I do for my crew." I mumbled sarcastically then I jumped.

I threw the tracking device to the van and just my luck, it stuck. I smiled at how successful my throw was, until I hit the ground and blacked out.

Hazel POV

I woke up with a feeling of major déjà vu. I was strapped down to a chair with a piece of cloth in my mouth. The whole room was dark and the only light source was from the light coming from under the door that was in front of me. The only thing I could remember was a hand being put on my mouth and then darkness.

I let my eyes adjust to the dark room and all I could see was a table with tools on them. As much as I wanted to escape from this place, a part of me wanted to stay to see who was at the docs. As if on cue, I heard footsteps coming to the door. Once the door opened, a light turned on revealing my captors. As I let my eyes adjust to sudden bright light, I realized who they were.

Jimmy Moore's crew.

A huge pit formed in my stomach as realization took over. I've been on the run from him for the longest time and after so many years, he finally won.

"Sweet, sweet victory. It feels so great. After all these years of failure I've finally come to victory! Now, let's make things simple. I'll ask you questions and you'll answer all of them honestly, if not, there'll be consequences." Jimmy said getting in my face.

"Fuck you," I said spitting in his face, "you'll get nothing outta me. You might at well kill me right now." I said bitterly leaning closer to his face in a challenging way. He gave me an evil smirk and took about three steps away from me.

"Alright, two can play that game." He said in a quiet voice, then in a flash he threw a throwing knife into my shoulder. I grunted in pain, feeling my shoulder on fire. As much as I wanted to get rid of this pain, I promised myself to never say a word about the crew.

Vanoss POV

I woke up and realized that I was in my room and that I was sore almost everywhere. I sat up trying to remember how I got in my bed. I walked into the living room, slightly limping at the uncomfortable soreness in my legs. I walked in and saw all the guys looking at me with grim looks on their faces. That's when I realized Hazel was missing.

FINALLY! OVER A FREAKING MONTH AND I FINALLY GET THIS CHAPTER DONE! I'm so sorry guys, it's finally summer for me (well, since May 26) and I'm so ready to sleep in XD. Well guys, y'all have a great day/night and if y'all are still in school, just HANG IN THERE.
