Fluttershy and her friends were happy to see the Ed boys cookie plan had worked very well and make some money, so they celebrated with a monster movie. Ed spent all night watching that very movie and passes out somewhere at 1 in the morning. The next day, the boys took off, leaving Fluttershy on a peaceful walk to the bus stop. Right then, a girl on a scooter zoomed by her, being followed by two other girls, earlier mention Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo, as they rushed to CHS on a Friday. As they all split up, Ed was able to see them three at once before they left, suddenly feeling a strange flame from the body, a vision too. Eds brain visualizes Sweetie Belle, the girl that Eddy had a crush on, as some type of humanoid alien queen. Being followed by her two fellow aliens. Like the monster in the movie, the aliens kidnapped the hero's friends, making him feel anger inside, swearing he'll rescue his friends when the time is right and the training was complete...
After the first period of class, the three girls went to their next, which was gym. Scootaloo seemed pretty excited, as Applebloom did too. Sweetie Belle was happy to have Pinkie Pie in her class, unfortunately Ed was there too.
"Hey girls look its Ed, remember how he and his friends floated down to the bounce house on the day before school?" Sweetie Belle asked her own friends as they nod. She stares at Ed as he stared back, only with one eye, the other one in space.
"Umm... He's quite the boy..." Applebloom slowly said in an awkward way, again her two friends nod. After that, the gym teacher walks up and attends the best role-calling.
"Alright children, your next activity is to play some dodge-ball." Some people cheered, but Ed continues to glare at the three girls.
"Umm... Good luck Ed?..." Sweetie Belle waves innocently, but no signs of Ed to be seen moving. When he does, he pictures pure evil those particular three girls have done, even if they never did anything wrong.
"Nobody takes my Eddy and Edd from me OR MY NICKNAME ISN'T THE SPACE MONSTER EXTERMINATOR!!!!" Ed screams on his mind as he was lucky moved onto the opposite side of his targets.
"Come on, let's keep our eyes on Ed... Who knows how hard can he throw..." The girls gulped waiting for the whistle to be blown. And as soon enough, the game started itself.
Before the game could even start, Ed closed his eyes for a whole minute and sees that he was in a world of an empty dark atmosphere, with a glimpse of aliens floating around him as if he was some sort of prisoner. This all mean he had to protect himself as much as he can in this particular match of dodge-ball.
One by one, each team member was eliminated and it was left the Cutie Mark Crusaders and Ed himself. The girls were breathing heavily, as Ed was sweating with his heart bumping fast. "How... How can we get him out?... Why is he so good?..." Applebloom slowly grabbed a dodgeball.
"I have a plan... B-but we have to act fast..." Scootaloo grabbed a dodge-ball as the other two did the same. Ed's crazy unrealistic sight pictures the alien girls charging up their lasers for a big attack on him, but he was prepared.
"NOW!!!" Scoot threw her ball as it was followed by another 2 balls. He jumped by his side and his hands landed on the ground, then on his feet again. "YOU'LL NEVER GET ME ALIVE!!!" Ed grabbed a dodge-ball and threw it at Applebloom so forceful that she flew with the ball, slamming into a wall. "S-sorry girls..." She whimpers as she joined the other students on the bench.
Ed was breathing like a bull, intimidating Sweetie belle, but Scootaloo took a deep breath and grabbed a dodge-ball and tried to get the only boy on the court. Sadly, he caught the ball only with one hand, meaning was out of the game. Sweetie belle shuddered standing on the court alone as the only target from Eds victory.
Ed returns back to the space zone and sees the large alien queen with Sweetie Belles appearance and hair with a smirk, keeping Eddy and Edd in a cage. The boy blinked and points at the girl, "LET MY FRIENDS GO YOU SLIMY EVIL QUEEN!!" Ed growls as Sweetie had no clue what he was trying to say, so she stepped back.
Before she can disqualify herself, Scootaloo knew a song to keep her confidence. She starts the song, "I used to bite my tongue and hold my breath..." Continuing a song called, "Roar" by Katy Perry, being joined by the rest of her team, making Sweeties spirit raise with her friends by her side. "You wanna fight.... You got it..." Ed pushes the natural steam out of his nostrils and breaths like a large animal. "I WILL RESCUE MY FRIENDS IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO!!!!" Ed threw all of the dodge-balls at Sweetie Belle, but the girl only dodged and blocked the shots with another ball.
The atmosphere in the very room was very dense, students cheering, temperature rising, dodge-ball after dodge-ball, no one dared to stop. Sweetie was low on energy so she tested something new. Instead of throwing the ball forwards, she able to lob one ball upwards hoping if Ed would take the bate. The ball ACTUALLY touched his head! But was still hit in the face with a dodge-ball on purpose. "Sweetie Belle won! SWEETIE BELLE WON!!!" Pinkie raved Her team cheered for the last one standing on the field. Ed was on the ground thinking of his "Lost" on Edd and Eddy and starts to bawl running through the wall of the boys locker room.
"W-Was it something I did?..." She stopped cheering and looks towards the wall he made questioning if she actually hurt Ed. With a worried emotion, Scootaloo spoke up and said, "Don't worry Sweetie Belle! Well go see what's goin' on!" As she and Scootaloo followed Ed to go see where he went.
Ed flees away from the gym, leaving a trail of tears left behind repeating, "I FAILED!! I FAILED!!! IM SORRY EDD AND EDDY!!!" At the quarter of 12, everyone was let out for lunch and spots Ed and Eddy. He tackles the two with joy and hugs them to a hard breathing point.
"ED!!! W-WHAT ARE YOU-ACK DOING?!...." Eddy struggles to breath. "IM SO SORRY EDD, EDDY!!!! I FAILED!!" Edd also tries to wiggle his way out of the grasp of Ed. "W-what did you fail on?......." Ed continues to cry. "I COULDN'T PROTECT YOU THE GIRL!!!" As he said that, Applebloom and Scootaloo arrived on time on the scene. "W-what girl?..." Edd asked, leaving Eddy to know who Ed was talking about... HER.
"I COULDN'T BEAT THE ALIEN QUEEN THEY CALL SWEETIE BELLE!" Eddy had the strength to release out of the grip and covers his mouth blushing. "PIPE DOWN DUDE!!!" Eddy starts to sweat, luckily nobody else was around except for the 2 girls. Sweetie soon joined, just hearing Eddy scold.
"DO YOU WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW I LIKE HER A LOT?!" He breaths heavily and turns around and sees Sweetie right by him and his two friends, nobody said a word for a solid minute. She blushed and asked, "Y-You like me?..."
