"Everyone, this is Lucy, my new muse!" Nasty shouted to his entire cast. There were many regulars that participate in his plays. The girl of the hour waved to the massive group of people.

Lots of murmurs and shouts were thrown into the air. Such as: 'already?', 'wow', 'nice to meet you' and 'she' s hot'.

"Hi! I'm Mira, I run the bar next door!" The kind women introduce herself. She said as if they were neighbors and she was selling cookies next door! Lucy thought.

"I'm Happy, Natsu-nii' s brother!" Happy leaned in closer to Lucy and she leaned down to his height. "I'm the smart one."

"Hey!" Natsu protested. Although he was whispering, the great Salamander had ears of a hawk. Lucy giggled at their childish argument.

"Nice to meet you, Happy." She politely replied. The little boys arms raised to be held and she gave in with a smile.

More people gathered around her to introduce themselves while Happy was sat on her hip, but she didn't look scared, struggling, or overwhelmed. She honestly looked happy.

And Natsu couldn't get enough. Even the way she talked and the way her lips moved and her eyes fluttered, inspired him. When the crowd decreased, he made his way over to her.

"Lets go." He gently grabbed her arm and headed for the attic. She set Happy on his feet the child ran energetically in front of them.

"What are we doing?" Lucy questioned.

"To start writing. Are you not my muse?"

"Of course I am!" Lucy blushed and sputtered.

"Then let's get started!" He opened the door to the attic, his attic. The room was dusty and dark, a dirty velvet curtain covered the one large window. A desk was up against the far wall, stacks of papers surrounding it. Many bookshelves filled with classic Shakespearean, but also new and upcoming plays. Music scores scattered the floor, brown shoe prints decorated many of them. An empty file cabinet sat in the corner, not being used like it should be.

Dark wood couches with deep purple cushions were placed around the room, knitted blankets draped upon them. The wood paneled floors creecked under pressure, making Lucy quite wary.

But she was not satisfied.

"What are you doing?" Natsu asked as she marched over to the window.

"You might be able to work like this, but I can't." She took down the ripped curtain and opened the window, letting new light and fresh air flood the room.

But Lucy didn't stop there. She started gathering up the music sheets, and placed them in the unlocked file cabinet. "Are you going to help?" She looked expectant. Natsu grinned at her, wanting to laugh. She looked very out of place in her police uniform, pony tail, and purse.

"Why not?" They worked together to tidy up the space they would use quite a lot those next few months. Happy stood to the side, cheering them on, giving moral support.

Time had passed and the floors were swept, window washed, bookshelves dusted, pillows fluffed, blankets folded, uh, you get the point. It was clean, probably most clean it had ever been. Lucy was content and Natsu wanted to get started.

He explained the play so far. The story intrigued her, made her laugh, and she was happy her input was excepted and appreciated. They had almost finished the first act. She had been given the rest of the day off thankfully, or else they wouldn't get to writing.

The sun set, and Lucy had to work the next day. So, their fun came to an end.

"I'll be here at lunch, and after six o'clock. Should I bring lunch?" Lucy questioned as she exited the door.

"I usually eat what Mira brings me. You have got to try her milkshakes, Luce, they're amazing!" Natsu exaggerated.

"I'll be sure to." She smiled and waved as she walked away. "See you tomorrow!"

Natsu sure was looking forward to tomorrow.
