A month passed and I'm with Alex and Ross. We were watch tv when my phone went off. I got a text...from my mom. It read:"hey kiddo, I heard you had a kid. Congratulations! We got enough money saved to see the little one. We wanna make it up to you.
Love, mom"
My heart skipped several beats. "Ross," I said my voice shaking. He looked at me and furrowed his brows. Showing him the text he then looked at me. "What now?," he asked. "No clue...," I said as I looked at Alex.
It was mid December and it was so cold. Ross and I bundled Alex with warm clothes so she wouldn't be as cold. We all got in the car and went to get them at the air port. I was scared.
