Pop The Question

So I bring out her huge cake, light the white candles I've set up all around her.  I cut her a slice of cake. She takes it and eats it, thanking me and kissing me as well. Then I break away. Grab her hand. Kneel down. And pull out the ring. She gasps and knods. Everyone else looks shocked for a moment, then starts clapping and cheering. Kenzie falls out if her chair, and faints and Aiden pulls her back up and kisses her awake. Arianna and I say our goodbyes, and head back in the house, into our room. Then, for the first time in our relationship, and probably not the last, we make love to each other. Then afterwards, we sleep, curled up against each other. In the morning we wake up, an Kenzies mom is making pancakes. She congradulates us on our engagement and tells us to go sit and relax in the living room. So we head in and sit down on the loveseat. Kenzie and Aiden come in and sit on the couch. We turn on the tv and watch the news. Its supposed to rain later at night, but barely a sprinkle. Kenzies mom brings dinner in to us and we eat the pancakes. Kenzie and Aiden tell us that they are happy for us both. And then Kenzie gets very excited. "Are you going to have any kids?" She asks. "Well I dont know about kids yet." She says. "But its not a bad idea for the future." She tells them. And so the rest of the day we sit and watch the rain.

The next month Arianna says she has to go somewhere. I tell her that I can come with her but she says no. So I wait for her to get home, and when she does she runs strait to the bathroom. When she comes out shes crying. I ask her whats wrong and she says she will tell me later. So I wait, and later, when we are all watching a movie, Arianna pauses it and stands up. "I have an anouncement." She says. " today I went to the pharmacists and bought a pregnancy test because ive been feeling weird for the past couple of months. I used it." She says. "And....... Im pregnant!!!"
