Dean and Castiel were missing. Sam had tried to contact them, but they wouldn't answer their phones.

The three of them had arrived to a little town in Texas because of a weird case about a week ago. Dean and Castiel, who was now human, decided to take a look around in the crime scenes and ask a couple questions here and there, while Sam said he would rather stay in the motel doing some research. After some research he still wasn't sure about what they were hunting, but he had the suspicion that it was a djinn. So, naturally, he started to worry when his brother and Cas wouldn't show up.

Almost three days later, Sam got desperate. He went around the little town asking for the missing hunters, but as far as he could see, Dean and Cas had vanished into thin air. He was really worried for them.

Sitting in his motel room, Sam tried to find a way to find them, but he couldn't think of any good ideas. He wasn't going to ask Crowley for help, that never ended well, and he didn't know any hunter that could help him.

He was about to give up when he remembered that Cas had told Dean that there was a chance that Gabriel was still alive. Sam sighed, he wasn't really trilled about talking to the archangel but at least he liked him more than other angels, and Sam was sure that he could convince Gabriel to help him.

"Now the only problem is to be able to talk to him" Sam thought out loud looking outside the window. "As far as I can tell, Gabriel is always hard to find."

He started to walk around the room, until he finally got an idea.

"Gabriel is an angel, so maybe if I pray to him, he'll listen and come to help me, right?" Sam said. He then sat down on his bed and closed his eyes, focusing on finding the right words to call the angel. He had seen Dean pray to Cas a lot of times, but he hadn't really done it before.

"Gabriel," he finally started, "if you can hear me, I need you to come here. Cas and Dean might be in danger and I need you to help me find them"

Sam remained silent and with his eyes closed waiting for something to happen. He finally gave up and opened his eyes again, only to find the short angel in front of him with a lollipop on his mouth and his arms crossed over his chest.

"Well, Samsquash, what can I do for you?" He asked, popping the lollipop out of his mouth.

"Cas and Dean have been missing for like three days already" Sam answered.

"Is there any change that they have escaped together to Las Vegas to get married?" Gabriel smirked, making Sam roll his eyes. At least he wasn't the only one who thought Dean and Cas should be together.

"Stop joking, Gabriel, this could be really serious."

"Fine, what can I do for you?"

"Can you use your mojo to find them?"

"Well, I could" Gabriel said, spinning around and waving the lollipop in the air, "but I would need something in exchange."

"Seriously?" Sam bitch faced him. "Your brother could be in great danger and you want something in exchange for finding him?"

"Let me think," he said, tapping one of his fingers against his chin, humming slightly. "Yes, Samantha, I want something that only you can give me." Sam raised an eyebrow, truly intrigued about what the angel's request would be.

"And what would that be?"

"A date" the angel answered, and Sam was sure he could feel the angel's voice tinted with a hint of shyness.

Sam blinked a couple times, not sure if Gabriel had actually meant that.

"Su-sure" Sam said a little bit shocked.

"Great then, I guess I can go and find your brother and his boyfriend. We can arrange our date later" Gabriel said just before he disappeared with the characteristic sound of wings, leaving Sam with a weird feeling inside.
