Cody's POV
I opened my eyes the next morning and yawned, I rubbed the sleep out my eyes and chara greeted me with a smile "morning sleepyhead! You ready to get up?" she said with a smile. I nodded and got up out of bed "yeah, I'm up. Did you sleep well chara?" I asked her, she nodded.
"hey chara, I have to get changed into my school cloths, do you mind turning around so I can change?" she didn't say anything but turned away from me "I won't look" she said. I got changed into a blue shirt with a black jumper and black jeans "ok you can look now"
Chara tuned back to me and smiled brightly "you look amazing" she said. I giggled at her complement "why thank you"
After a while of talking to chara I went downstairs to see daddy and papa on the couch "hey little guy, I see you're up and ready for school" daddy said, I smiled "It took longer then usual today because my friend had to turn her back so she wouldn't see" daddy and papa exchanges a glance and looked back at me "look sweety, your little imaginary friend isn't real, I don't really want to argue with you now so just get going to school, opal in waiting for you" I nodded and left with opal to school "so you have an imaginary friend?" she asked.
I shook my head "she's a ghost" she giggled "I'm glad you have a friend big brother!" we giggled and talked all the way to school.
My first lesson was kinda boring so chara told me to sleep through the call so I did......but then the teacher had a go at me.
At brake me and opal go to different parts of the school as he have different groups of friends. I was talking to chara as this group of boy walked up to me "hey wimp! Why you talking to yourself? Don't have any friends so you made up your own!" they laughed, I looked at chara......she smiled wide "Cody......beat then up, you can take them, don't worry about what they'll do you can easily take them down!" I gulped. So far she's been helping me, so I should take her advice.
I took a deep breath and punched one of the boys in the face giving them a black eye and a bloody nose. The other two boy held up their fists and was going to punch me, I blocked and kicked them both in the stomach making them cough blood a little. I was smiling, it was fun.
The head teacher and opal ran over to me, the teacher helped up the boys and opal held me back "brother what have you done?!" he yelled. I stopped smiling "it was chara, she told me"
I sat in the office if the school and waited. They were going to call my parents but then there was a knock at the door and the teacher answered it. At least this gave me time to think of a lie.
When the door opened a tall skeleton wearing a orange hoodie walked in "I believe Cody is here" he said, the teacher nodded "why do you asked" the skeleton smiled and walked up to me "it good to finally meet you Cody, my names Papyrus, and I'm your real papa. Your daddy has been lying to you about me saying error was your papa but you are really my son. I came here to take you and chara home with me" my eyes widened "you believe in chara?" I asked, he nodded "me and chara are best friends" I looked over at chara and she smiled "good to see you again papy, we should get home, oh and don't worry Cody, daddy will going us soon" I smiled at them "ok papa papyrus! Let's go home" I took his hand and we walked home, I don't really know where papa papyrus lives. I can't wait to see!
We walked up to a small house in a town called snowdin. He took me inside and walked me upstairs "this is your room now, it used to be my brother but it's your now" he said. I smiled and walked in, there was a big bed that looked like a race car, a sets of draws that had toys on them, posters on the walls with skeletons on them and an empty closet. I looked up at papa "thank you papa, I can't wait to see what you're like" he chuckled "don't mention it, you don't mind sharing a bed with chara do you?" I shook my head "not at all" I said.
Papa lay me down in bed next to chara and tucked us in "you two just sleep, you don't have to go to school anymore by the way" I smiled and giggled "goodnight papa papyrus!" I said, he kissed my cheek and tuned off the light "goodnight my son" he shut the door.
