Author's Note
I think I'm going to end this story soon. It's just not getting any feedback- the last three chapters haven't even been viewed (this probably won't be viewed), so I honestly don't see the point. I will probably start on something else pretty soon.

Silence followed us home.

No one spoke. We were all inside out heads. I expected that Libby was in shock; she was trying to make sense of everything. I was trying to figure out how to explain anything, let alone everything.
But I knew I had to. She deserved to know absolutely everything, especially considering the fact that she was a part of it now. I hated that she was dragged into this. I hated Elios- I hated him for hurting Libby. I hated him for kidnapping Cam. I hated him for getting away. But in a way, I was also slightly relieved. The fact that he was still alive meant that I could still be the one to drive a stake through his un-beating heart. I could be the one to see everything leave him as he crumbled pathetically to the floor.

Soon enough, we were home. Libby sat on the sofa that she had slept on that first night. It was impossible to believe that that was only a couple of weeks ago. So much had happened- I had become a vampire slayer, I'd fallen in love, and I'd gotten myself into a war that I couldn't get out of. And the most surprising part about it, was the fact that I didn't want to get out of it. I wanted to fight.

"Libby, right?" I heard Kim say. She was sitting next to Libby, whose face seemed frozen in an emotionless expression. She blinked a couple of times before turning to Kim. Her eyes widened as she saw her, no doubt remembering the last time she'd looked at her face.

"Yeah" she managed, her voice high and weak. She was scared, which was something I didn't like. I walked over to her and sat on her other side, hanging my arm gently around her shoulders. She leant hear head on my shoulder, and began to sob uncontrollably. I stroked her hair and comforted her as well as I could. She couldn't be in this state when I explained everything to her. I didn't know where her mind would go if I did.

"W-what is going on?!" she asked, her voice rising in volume with every word. I understood that she was angry at me- I had been keeping this from her for weeks.

I took a deep breath before diving in.

"So you're telling me that vampires are real?" Libby asked, her voice still trembling. I'd spent the good part of an hour explaining everything that I could. She seemed to be taking it well, but she hadn't said anything the entire time, so I really couldn't tell.

"Yes. Cam's a vampire." I said. She peered up at Cam.

"He doesn't look like a vampire" she exclaimed.

"No, they normally don't." I said. She smiled as she leaned toward me to whisper in my ear.

"Good work on that one babe. He is hot" she uttered trying to be as quiet as possible. I chuckled, glad that she was back to her normal self.

"Yeah," I whispered back, "he can also hear you" I said, giggling. Her eyes widened and her face turned red. I heard Cam laugh behind me.

I rolled my eyes at him, and he shrugged in response, a grin on his face. I couldn't hide how happy I was; I had always wanted to tell her, but I knew that I couldn't. But now she finally knew, and a huge weight had been lifted away from me.

"Okay then. I forgive you for standing me and our dates up. Speaking of- that dude that ran away? He was meant to be your date." She admitted, laughter lighting her voice.

"Lib, you gonna stay here tonight?" I asked, putting my empty cup down on the table. She nodded.

"Right. Cam, Vic. You need to go." I said, turning to where Cam and Victor were standing. They both laughed.

"Okay fine. You have your girl's night. We'll see you tomorrow." Cam said, leading Victor out the door. I smiled at them as they left, and then took the tea mugs to the kitchen.

"So, Kim right? You know any cool spells?"
