Chapter 5

I wake up to the memory of last nights occurrences. I smile. Thankfully I wake up late enough to avoid queen hoe. Yes that is my new nickname for her. Amanda sounds to sophisticated. Which is obviously not. I get up and start to get dressed. I'm still tired,AKA lazy with my wardrobe. So I let my long brown hair down and just leave it. I put on mascara and that's it. Then I out on jean shorts and a cute tank top. I'm trying to impress Ethan, but with the clothes I brought there isn't much impressing anywhere. Maybe I can borrow Paisleys clothes when she gets here. I check the time, 9:55. Holy crap. I didn't know it was this late. I'm gonna go meet her at the arrival gate.

She literally jumps out of the car and onto me. We are so happy to see each other. We make our way to our cabin.

"Soooooo. Where's cutie boy?" She laughs

"Like I know his every move." I say sarcastically.

"Well what has been going on with you two?" She asks curiously.

"Well you're about to see because he's coming our way," I say as I plaster a smile I my face.

"Hey Ethan!" I practically scream.

"Hey babe," he exclaims back.

Woah calling me babe out in public. That's so attractive. He comes up and puts his arm around me. His bicep is literally contracting around the back of my neck. It actually feels pretty good.

"Aye, who's your friend?" He asks playfully.

"Oh sorry, this is Paisley, Paisley, this is Ethan," I explain.

"Nice to meet you!" They say in sync as they shake hands.

"Well any friend of Jules is a friend of mine, but if it's cool with you, can I talk to her alone?"

"Of course! I'll just go get settled in my cabin! Have fun!"

I totally owe her big time. But hey, what are friends for. I watch her waddle off weighed down by her bags. I laugh.

"What?" Asks Ethan.

"Oh nothing. Just thinking about how Paisley looks like a penguin with all her bags on" I laugh.

"True tho!" He adds.

I'm not really sure what to say right now. We are just kinda walking side by side farther into the forest. Before I know it we made it all the way to the beach. He decides to talk first.

"Um, Jules? Could I ask you something. It's kind of im-important," he tells me nervously.

"Of course Ethan! I'm always here for you!" I reply.

"Well here goes nothing. I was wondering if you'd like to go on a date later. I mean if you don't want to I totally understand. I just don't want things to be awkward between us."

" I would love to go on a date with you." I whisper to make him stop blabbering.

"Meet me back here at this exact spot at 4" he says as he runs off.

What have I gotten myself into I laugh silently.
