What happened to safe and sound?

Emily POV

I heard Jeff knocking

"I'm coming baby!" I said cheerfully running to the door to open it for him.

He stood there with two milkshakes in his hands

"Hello love!" He said leaning down to kiss me

"Here let me help you" I said, taking the milkshakes out of his hands.

"Thank You, darling" He said and when he did I looked up into his eyes and noticed something.

"Jeff.. the skin -- your eyes, all of it's healed Jeff. You don't have anymore cuts! You have eyelids and lips!" I said excitedly!

"All because of you baby. You made Everything better" He said beaming.

**** a few hours later ****

"Hey baby?"

"Yeah?" He asked

"Ready for bed?" I asked putting on my night shirt

"Of course!" He said.

****2am in the morning ****

I woke up to hear banging noises

"Jeff!" I nudged him trying to wake him but my attempt failed.

I got out of bed and put my house shoes on.

I walked in the living room and saw a man with a gun stealing my money out of my safe.

"Excuse me. Can I help you with something?" I asked

Then I regretted it. Because at that moment He pointed the gun at me.

"Shut up before I shoot you. Get on the ground"

And That's when I saw it. Jeff's knife. On the table, nice and sharp.

I grabbed it and ran at him

"How about you shut up mother fucker!?" I screamed as I slit his throat.

"Go to sleeep" I heard Jeff say after I killed the man.

I turned and saw him smiling

"That was kinda hot" I heard him say

"No, that was awful. I feel kinda bad.. But I liked it.." I said truthfully

"Good because I've been saving something for you." He said

He pulled out a small package and handed it to me.

I unwrapped it and inside was a knife with a purple hand with an E carved into it.

"Can we go killing?" I asked smirking

"Tomorrow" He said kissing me.

"Let's go back to bed"
