I woke up to an empty bed, and I got up and walked downstairs
"Hey,where's Jeff?" I asked Slendy as He handed me my prenatal pills.
"He went out killing"
"W-what? Why!? He hasn't killed in months!!"
"Well the babies are about to be born and the attacks will start, He needs to get his techniques back" Slendy said
"I thought they weren't going to start until two years?"
Slendy slid me a note
"As you know the fetuses of Jeffrey Jonson are about to be produced,
This will not Last.
The children will be executed by me, personally.

I burst into tears and ran to my room crying until I could barely breathe
JEFF POV
As Soon as I walked into the house I heard a door slam.
"Is Everything Okay?" I asked Slender
"Ye-" Slender was cut off by Emily screaming
I ran up the stairs as fast as I could and saw her sitting on the floor in awe
"Jeff! My water just fucking broke!" Emma basically screamed
I picked her up and yelled down the stairs
"Slender! It's time!"
I looked up and saw that Emma had passed out
"Jeff, " Slender asked "How far along is she?"
"Today was eight months"
"Okay, were going to have to do this very carefully, put her down on the table now!"
THIRD PERSON
Jeff laid Emily down on the table and stepped away and as Soon as He did Emma awoke
"Fuck Oh my God! This hurts! Get it out!!!!"
Slender cut her pants off and put her feet up and grabbed a couple blankets and draped then across her.
"Okay Emma on the count of three I want you to push as hard as you can okay?"
"What about an Epidural?" she screamed
"There's No time love" Jeff said
"1,2,3" Slender said
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!" Emily screamed
after a few more of those the Last baby arrived and Emma had passed out.
"Is she going to be Okay?" Jeff asked.
"Yes, just take her to the room put new clothes on her and let her sleep"
JEFF POV
I took Emma to the room and put clothes on her and latest her down,kissing her head.
"I love you"
I walked downstairs and saw Ben and Jack and Sally waiting
"How'd it go man?" Jack asked
"It- It was okay"
"Is she dead?" Asked Ben
"No you ass, She's fine and so are the girls!"
"Jeffy! guess What?"
"What Sally?"
"Your a daddy now"
Holy Fuck. I'm a dad. I have children. Oh. my. Fuck. I'm kinda happy.
I walked back up the stairs and heard Emma
"Jeff?" she said weakly
"Yes my love?"
"Your a dad" she said smiling
"I know, were a family now."
"I love you Jeff, with all of my heart. since day one."
"I love you too, with all of my heart, from the beginning of time."
Just then Slender walked in the room
"There are two beautiful girls who want to see their parents"
We walked into the room to see them already in their beds
Emma picked up Harmony first
"Look Jeff! she already has hair!"
I looked up and saw a baby with Black hair on her tiny head.
"Look Jeff! it's OUR baby!"
I just stared
"Look Harmony, That's your daddy and I'm your mommy and I love you so very much" I could see tears Welling in her green eyes as she laid her back down.
"And Look Jeff! Melody has hair too! She looks just like Harmony! And you!" She said now crying like a baby
"Mommy and daddy love you so much" She whispered to her and placed her back in the bed
"Jeff, let's go to bed" she said kissing me.
