It was early dawn, Iga had just woke up. As the swallows began to chirp over the newly bloomed cherry blossom trees which had engulfed whole of the Mt. Takara, in the lap of which the whole town prospered. The pink and red petals from the blossoms bloomed across the spring pink hill flew over the the town like the snowflakes of spring.
But something curious filled the air."Kino chan, Kino chan! " Tamasaki shouted playfully as she chased her five year old kid Kinohara down the streets of Iga market through the township and rooftops.
"Ahaha! mother! You see, you can't catch me!" Kinohara squealed, and jumped off the roof testing the agility of his 25 year old mother.
"Kino chan wait!" And before anything else could stop him, Kinohara landed head first into a heap of dung and would probably had burned off his nose hair with the sweet fragrance of pig dung. Tamasaki held his nose in disgust and jumped off the top to look for Kino in the heap.
"Mmph...mhmp..."
Little Kino somehow managed to wriggle out of the heap. "Pull me out! Pulp me out!" He squealed.
"Nope, do it on your own!"
Kinohara wriggled a bit more and more as Tamasaki observed his worm like movement and to restrain her motherly feelings to help her child somehow.
"Ha ha ha." Tamasaki heard a serious laugh behind her back.
This laugh is somewhat familiar.
She turned around to identify the source of the voice.
" TAICHIWARA DONO! " She exclaimed in surprise, for the head to the clan was right in front of her. The old man was had quite the shine of generosity in his eyes. He held his 5ft long beard in this left hand while the right one was on his chest as usual. His wrinkled face could tell that his was more than 70 or something but despite of all that, his body looked agile enough to hold a crocodile in water for atleast half an hour.
Tamasaki boughed to his presence. "Good morning, Taichiwara dono. Pleased to meet you early in the morning."
"Haha, Tamasaki, is that your son?"
"Uh,Yes...yes, sir"
"Hm, how old is he?"
"5, sir"
"That's too good, he is active enough to begin his training as a ninja."
"But sir, he's still a kid."
"I'M NO KID!" Kinohara shouted pulling his head out of the heap and gazed to both of them with his smeered face.
"I can climb trees!" Kinohara climbed up the nearby persimmon tree.
"I can leap!" From the tree he leaped to the nearby roof. Kinohara continued to demonstrate his skills while Taichiwara smiled at him, childish yet talented.
"Haha! Tamasaki, you she, he is quite grown up. I want to start his training as a dedicated ninja."
"YES!" Kino shouted with joy.
"But sir..."
Taichi rested his hand on Tamasaki's head. "I understand, but he has to start his training as early as possible to be a better ninja than you."
Tamasaki nodded bluntly.
"Alright then, I'll come to fetch him for his first training session, at 4 in the morning sharp!"
"You may."
"Yeah!!! Thank you mother, thank you Taichiwara sensei!"
