“Hey Vic come on.”
“How many times have I told you not to call me that? My name is Victoria”
“You are my little sister, therefore you will be known as vic.”
Man, how he annoys me the world will never understand. So because he so badly wants me to meet his element bond Brianna I have to spend part of my summer in an old house in the middle of nowhere.
I bet you’re confused. You see Victoria's older brother Michel has the power to control the element air, while Brianna can control earth. I know they seem like total opposites but their power comes from our ancestors. Back then you were only supposed to marry someone of your own element, but now as long as it is possible (that means you have to be soul have to bond) then you can bond with anyone.
“Vic comes on! We’re going to be late.”
“Whatever we still have a six hour drive to the house.”
“Yes I know but since your driving, I suggest we get a move on”
“No! No I refuse to drive. You always do this. We take a long trip and you make me drive and then when it’s your turn you apparently are too tired to drive. Even though you slept the whole way.”
“Hey I work nights. Ok let’s get moving.”
As usual I ended up driving the whole way. By the time we got there I was barely able to keep my eyes open enough to make to one of the guest rooms. Of course Michel was laughing at the whole thing and did not lift a single finger to help me. (Ass) As I collapsed onto the bed I wondered what the hell is there to do out here. I have no phone service, internet connection, no other teenagers, and two people I have no intention spending my summer vacation with.
“Vicky it’s time to eat.”
“What the hell is wrong with you? How can you not get your little sisters name right, but can remember every element on the periodic table. You ass!”
“Language you are in someone else’s house.”
“Screw you! Pardon my language Brianna.”
“Its fine, everyone knows that Michel is an ass?”
“Hello! I am in the room.”
“And nobody cares Mike.”
“Stop it. You only said not to call you vic. You said nothing about Vicky.”
“Whatever what’s to eat. I’m starved.”
“I have to warn you she eats like a teenage boy.”
“Ha-ha very funny”
“I know right.”
“Just shut up.”
Brianna made spaghetti of dinner, it tasted weird, but I guess that is because she but sugar in it. Actually it was very good, and for dessert we had vanilla bean cheesecake.
“Alright get some sleep because tomorrow we start training”
“What!”
