The Boy Next Door

TBND (Chap 2)

I turned around and saw the most handsome boy ever.

I immediately forgot all about Austin and my husband Niall Horan and just inhaled his amazing scent.

"Mate." he growled. His voice is so...wait...WHAT?! I just looked at him, shocked.

I finally found my mate... "I ummm I...I..." I stammered. I didn't know what to say.

Then, stupid me decided to run away from my mate.

Yup, I turned around and ran away, clutching my towel around me tightly.

-Jassette, what the- what the frick-frack snick-snack are you doing? Go back to our mate NOW!!- Sapphire shouted.

I laughed a bit at the frick-frack snick-snack part but I quickly stopped when I realised she was dead serious.

-Sorry, Sapph,I just didn't know what to do or say and...- I stopped short, hearing footsteps behind me.

I sighed softly in relief when I saw that it was just Mia. I didn't realise until now that I was leaning against my house gate.

Mia then enveloped me in a hug and squealed, killing my ear. (Joke ;p) "Oh my goddess, girl! You finally found your mate! I'm so happy for you!!" she shrieked, squeezing me.

"M, can't ...breathe." I gasped.

"Oh, sorry. Why did you run away, though?! He was about to come after you but I stopped him. Gotta warn you though, he was PISSED. I mean, what were you thinking, Jass?" she said, shaking me by my shoulders.

"I...wasn't?" I said chuckling nervously.

"Psh, let's go, poor Austin is alone," Mia said, dragging me towards the house. We both walked in, just talking about random stuff.

"Geez guys, where've you been? You were gone for like"- he checks his wrist-watch-"8 minutes?!"

Mia and I looked at each other, giggling. I turned to Austin and ruffled his dark hair.

"What's 8 minutes, Lil A?" Mia laughed at that nickname and I had to admit, it was pretty funny because 1) Austin is a few months older than us and 2) he is soo much taller than I am.

"Don't call me that!" he said, sticking his tongue out at me.

Mia and I ran upstairs and changed into our pajamas, then we went downstairs again.

"Hey, Austin, guess what?" Mia said suddenly, smirking. "Jassette here, found her mate. And she RAN AWAY!" she continued, laughing.

"Shut up, M." I mumbled, scowling playfully.

Austin looked at me and I saw something in his eyes...hurt maybe?

Nope, can't be. I wasn't so sure though because he quickly covered it up with a smile.

"Congrats Jassy!" he said, hugging me. I was about to answer but was cut off by Mia.

"C'mon guys, let's go and watch movies or something." She dragged us both into the living room and then hopped onto the couch grabbing the remote-control.

Austin and I also sat down and we spent a good 5 minutes arguing over what movie to watch.

We ended up just watching Despicable Me 2.

We didn't really pay attention to it, we just talked about anything and everything, laughing til our stomachs hurt, eating sour gummy worms (AN: I loooove those!♡) and drinking soda.

It was hard but I got my mind off of my mate because the guilt...it was eating me up inside.
We spent the whole night having fun.

I woke up to someone shaking me gently by the shoulders.

I groaned and covered my head with a pillow, trying to get back to get back to sleep.

I am not a morning person.

The person just giggled softly and continued to shake me. I growled and opened my eyes to see the one and only, Mia, standing over me, grinning like a lunatic.

I hit her face HARD with the closest thing i could find and it was a...a... a h-hammer?? o.O... Oh Goddess...

Sike guys, It was a pillow!!

Anywayys, I hit her in the face with a pillow. She shrieked and punched me in the shoulder playfully.

"Good morning, Shrek." My sweet, dear best friend greeted.

Please, note my sarcasm.

"Ouch, that's real harsh, girl. I hope you step on lego sometime today!" She gasped with fake-hurt on her face.

Woah, I took it too far...

After arguing for a while, we decided to wake Austin up. He looked just adorable, sleeping on the other couch with his arm hanging over the side.

We woke him up and all ate breakfast. Afterwards we brushed our teeth etc etc.

We just chillaxed for a while until Mrs. Gonzales, Mia's mom fetched Mia as her car broke down...then, it was just me and THE Austin Mahone.

Lol jkzzz, only my best friend Austin Jacobs.

After playing some GTA and him letting me win a lot, he decided to go.

I hugged him goodbye and went upstairs, catching up on some sleep.

We DID sleep for only 3 hours anyway.
