I hummed slightly as I walked the foggy streets, my blade was cleverly hidden in my pocket for self defense, but I would have to get home soon, mom dosent need to worry about me any more than she is already, the quiet was perfect to tell if anyone were to attack, and strangely someone did, their fast footsteps speedily headed toward me and a low chuckle came from the person, curiously I turn around in confusion to see a boy, raven black hair and bright blue eyes were the only things I had the chance to see, before I gripped at my dagger swinging it uncoordinatedly only just barely clashing with another in time, smirking in relief i glare up at the boy challengingly, he had a sloppy carved smile from the edges of his mouth to the edges of his cheeks, it was a bright red color as if the angry scar would never heal. His skin was a pale white that glowed under the fogged moonlight small stains of red splattered all over it, he also had small splatters scattered around his white hoodie, that strangely complimented his black dress pants. His eyes were a electric blue now that I was able to see him clearly I could tell they held no more than bloodlust and frustration, maybe mixed with confusion, and his hair was a long ebony that matched his whole outfit, attempting to hide my shock i gulp and lowly speak "can I help you?" I ask softly, the boys shock turned to amusement, but the frustration never faded "whats someone like you doing out here alone?" He asks, his voice scratchy and smooth at the same time, holding pure evil in his tone, "I could ask the same to you" I reply, pushing my blade harder against his "heh aren't you a curious one, well isn't it obvious?" He asks pushing his against with just as much force "how do you know I won't call the police?" I ask  chuckling "I won't have to worry about that" his simple reply came before he backed away pulling his knife with him and swiftly he slashed it at me, aiming for my face i quickly duck falling back to not get hit by the sharp looking edge, "AY!" I snap glaring at him angrily, standing and swinging my own knife at him, to which he easily dodged to the side "you may be good toots, but I'm better" he cackles, at the words i purse my lips in irritation before spinning around and speeding away, using the fog to my advantage, I ran to an alleyway jumping up onto a garbage can, then gripping a window sill I hoisted myself up, and finally reached for the roof climbing onto it and running to my home, where it would be safer.
