After school was over Watch had gone over to Adam's house like he said he would. He knocked on the front door of the big blue house. Soon after, Adam's dad opened the door. He smiled warmly at Watch.
"Hey Watch. Adam and Sally are upstairs in his bedroom."
"Thanks, sir." Watch thanked as he walked into the house and up the wooden stairs. He arrived at Adam's bedroom door, but he didn't know what was going to be on the other side. He opened the door and saw Adam and Sally making out on Adam's bed, completely unaware that Watch had walked into the room.
"Oh My God!" Watch yelled as he covered his eyes. Sally and Adam turned towards him, surprised they hadn't noticed him earlier. Adam quickly climbed off of Sally.
"W-Watch, we d-didn't know you were arriving this early." Sally stuttered.
"Obviously." Watch replied sarcastically uncovering his eyes. He walked over to Adam's desk chair and sat down.
"Ok, what's the plan?" Watch asked, resting his hands on his knees.
"Oh! Right, the plan. I've been thinking about it all during Social Studies class. The first step was that you had to get close to her which you already did so that's complete. Step two is that you have to get the courage to ask her out." Adam explained, emphasising 'have'.
"I really don't know if I can do step two." Watch said, a nervous look on his face. Adam sighed.
"Watch, me and Sally want you to be happy. And if Maddie makes you happy of course we are going to help you get her man. But, you have to cooperate with us." Adam said, hoping his little speech would encourage Watch to ask out Maddie. Sally nodded at Adam's words.
"I'll ask her out on one condition." Watch stated.
"Anything." Sally replied.
"We make it a double date."
"Watch, we have ourselves a deal."
