In case you don't understand the picture. It kinda sorta means that the girl is thinking to much 'what ifs' that stops her for doing the things she wants to do. She's holding her head cause she wants it to stop. (I don't even know if that makes sense XD) In short she's thinking to much barriers/things in life and she wants her head/mind to stop. (I practically got the idea of the picture from the quote)
