''You're a major in social psychology? Are you sure this is the kind of place you want to work in?'' The interviewer asks Michael, seeming skeptical.
''Yes sir, as a person who studies the mental health and welfare of others, any place is acceptable for us people in this field to work in any place.''

Total fucking lie.

''I see. Well we'll call you if you're up for the final interview but for now, the judgement takes place. Thank you Mr. Clifford.'' The interviewer extended his hand.
''Thank you for taking time to interview me.'' Michael shook the man's hand and smiled.

Michael sighed. Looking down at his polished shoes and inexpensive tie. Well some things in life can't be helped. To survive life is to take what you can get and this is exactly what Michael did. He is in his last year of college and he just applied for a job at 'Alpha Clockworks'. Working for a company that makes clocks isn't exactly the way he wanted to end his university life but when you live with your sister and on the edge of dying because of extreme hunger and poverty, do you really have a choice?

''Hey wanna go to that new bar? Some chicks are gonna be there!'' Michael looked to his left to see a bunch of rowdy teenagers trying to live life and forget all responsibility.
''If you could just transfer the account here then maybe we can work out....'' Michael looked to his left to see a middle aged man talking on his phone about accounting.

The fact that he was in the middle of this, he realized he was in the middle of being a child and growing up.

Michael walked down the path that led him to his building. His hands were tucked in his pockets trying to retain some warmth in them, he breathed out and a puff of smoke came out  because of the cold frosty air.

''Hey Michael!'' He turned around to see one of his bestfriend for many years , Calum, running to him.
''Why the hell are you dressed like that? You look so old and I hate it. It reminds me of us getting old soon.'' Both boys chuckled.
''Just had a job interview so skinny jeans and a band tee would not be appropriate would it?'' Michael said.
''Well dressing policies are bullshit anyways but hey, some things just can't be helped.'' Calum said in a disappointing tone.
''Anyways classes are starting so I need to go Ill meet up with you and ash later bye Mike.'' Calum bid farewell and gave him an orange.
''Bye'' Michael looked as his friend weirdly and smiled as he was holding the orange.

Michael was walking towards his building where his classes were held then he heard it. The Beautiful Melody.

The pale boy saw a blonde guy playing one of his favorite pieces on the violin 'Kiss the Rain'. Michael was so enticed without noticing he clapped enthusiastically causing the blonde boy to stop playing. The blonde boy turned around to see a brunette boy in awe, looking at him.

''That was amazing.'' Michael
praised.
The blonde boy held his hand out, opening his palm, as if asking for something.
''You want money?'' Michael asked and just got an eyebrow raise in return.
Geez, so sassy. He thought.
''Sorry I dont have anything right now but here's an orange. Bye you're amazing by the way.'' Michael bid farewell leaving the blonde boy quizzically looking at him because who in the right mind would give a stranger an orange.
