(still before Metalicana saves Levy)

*Loke's POV (very short)*

After that encounter with Metalicana, I knew that Gajeel was telling the truth. Boy would the world want to see this. I can see it already. Metalicana on Broadway. All I have to do is find a way to get the dragon to New York, with him killing us on the way, and flying away. Then I remembered. Captain Erza had packed chloroform on this trip in case she got a call from a zoo to get another animal for an exhibit. She told me she didn't like it when she had calls like that, because she thought she was killing the creatures. "Erza. Do you still have that chloroform on the ship?" I asked.

"Yes, but why would you need that. It is confined cargo for my personal business." she said.

"I'm gonna need it if we are going to stop Metalicana." I lied. "Think about it, if Gajeel does come back with Levy, Metalicana would most likely follow them. Then, guess what. We will all be dead."

Erza stopped and looked at me. Her eyes were serious. Then they softened. "I guess you're right." She said. "About how many bottles will you need?"

"With a dragon that big, I will say about ten." I answered.

"Loke, after you knock out that dragon, we should totally take it back to New York with us!" Natsu said, with sparkles of excitement in his eyes.

"Natsu...I wonder what goes on in that little mind of yours." Erza said.

"Erza, you got that wrong, he doesn't have a little mind. It doesn't exist." Gray said.

"What did you say you popsicle?!" Natsu growled at Gray.

"You heard me the first time!" Gray said, as they butted heads, and thus got into another pitiful excuse for an argument.

*Levy's POV*

(after her rescue)

I sat in Metalicana's palm, looking up at him. Then I suddenly started to worry about Metalicana. He wasn't flying like dragons do. He does fly, but I am starting to worry. I could hear the sound of a waterfall in the distance.

It wasn't long until we came across a small pond that was clear and was neighboring a giant waterfall. Metalicana had stopped walking and looked down at me. I looked at him really confused, but it wasn't long before he tilted his hand to the side, and placed me on the ground. Standing on my feet, I didn't know what to do. He obviously brought me here for a reason, so I have to think about why. I looked back up at Metalicana, who took his hand and slowly pushed me towards the water, causing me to fall into the clean water. I had forgotten I was covered in mud, but the water was cleaning it off of me.

I scrubbed the muddy water ff of me, and the mud didn't stay like it did in the water; it cleaned itself up and became clear again. I then rinsed my hair of the mud that was in it. The water wasn't polluted by the mud. As I stood up from the waters, Metalicana picked me up and placed me on a pile of giant leaves. From there, he turned around and gently flapped his wings towards me, causing a strong, but not strong enough to push me down, breeze.

After a few minutes, I finished drying. Metalicana then picked me up and spread his wings. Holding me carefully, and tightly, he flew upwards towards a high cliff overseeing the waterfall and river. A few seconds later, Metalicana landed safely, and placed me far from the edge of the cliff and sat down. I looked up at him, and he looked into the sky. I looked where he was looking, and I could see the pristine ocean and the way it mirrored the sky. It started to get me to realize that I missed being at home. I just hope Gajeel and the others haven't left. No, they are on their way right now, and they are gonna take me home.

*Third Person POV*

~*time skip*~

Gajeel was trekking through the forest, he was following a silver sparkle from the top of a mountain. He knew that was Metalicana, and he knew Levy was up there. He had to move fast, so he could get back to the village by morning and get away from the island.

The sun was setting fast, so he needed to move fast.

On the cliff, Metalicana was stilling looking into the sky. The little blunette was exhausted and tired from her long restless two days, and had fallen asleep. Metalicana had laid her on a pile of fresh fallen leaves, and she slept so peacefully, as if she was taken from her cares. As the sun had set, Metalicana soon retired from his day as well.

The night was silent. Gajeel scaled quietly up the mountain. The only thing he could hear was his thoughts, his breaths, and his heart beating with adrenaline flowing though him. He avoided the areas when they could make a slight sound. The more his feet came into contact with the ground, the more he could feel Levy in his arms.

Within the next minute, Gajeel had caught sight of the Iron Dragon, who was sound asleep. He slipped around Metalicana, and caught sight of cerulean in the corner of his eye. He silently tip-toed over to the cerulean color, which was illuminated by the full moon.  There he saw her. Levy McGarden. His Levy. She was softly breathing while sleeping on a pile of almost dead leaves, right beside the mountain.

"Levy..." Gajeel silently whispered to her, getting closer to her. She was still asleep. Gajeel was finally beside her. He looked at his blunette, and noticed how beautiful she was while she slept. He slowly reached for her, and caressed her shoulder. She slowly stirred and her eyelids opened. She looked up and then they widened upon looking at who she saw.

It was Gajeel Redfox. Her Gajeel. She slowly sat up and reached for his face. When she felt the dried sweat on his face, she was about to start crying. Gajeel motioned for her to stay quiet, so they could sneak past Metalicana and get to the village safely. Levy nodded, and got up from where she laid.

Quietly, Gajeel pulled out a safety rope, which he tied to one of the small boulders, and tossed it over the edge. He let Levy climb on his back, and quietly they scaled down the mountain.

Little did they know, the sleeping dragon woke up, to find Levy gone from where she was sleeping.
