Lunch

~  Laurance's POV~

After I was done with class I went to lunch and I felt excited about it. I wonder if Aphmau is at all embarrassed of what happened the other night? She has been avoiding me this morning from what I can tell. Even in gym class she didn't really come near me much.  I kept walking towards the lunch room and then I saw Aphmau and Cadenza running to lunch.
" They must be REALLY hungry." Garroth said walking up behind me.
" Wow you are a ninja when you want to be Garroth..." I said and then chuckled.
" Yes well I do pride myself in hiding, seeking, and scaring. I am the best at all of them. Am I not?" He said in a proud tone.
" Sure you WERE like five years ago." I said laughing.
" Hey that is not true!" He said. He frowned but I continued to laugh. Oh how I did love to tease Garroth.
" Anyway we should head to lunch. I am sure everyone is waiting for us already." I said walking next to Garroth. I wonder if he knows about the kiss? I did think about it much but I wasn't going to bring it up just incase he didn't know. We went in to the cafeteria and then sat down with everyone at our table. I sat on the opposite side of Aphmau so that maybe she would talk to me.
" Hey guys!" Travis said to Garroth and I.
" Oh hey Travis what's up?" I said back looking at him.
" Nothing that you don't already know." He said winking at me.
" What is with your face Travis?" Garroth asked.
" Didn't you know Laurance..." I interrupted him.
" I ate a lot of pizza and got sick!" I said in a loud tone. Aphmau looked at me and I looked at her.
" Laurance can I talk to you for a second?" Aphmau said getting up and walking slowly away from to table. I then stood and walked over by her.
" Ya what is it Aphmau?" I asked.

~ Aphmau's POV~

I took Laurance aside and then looked at him in the eye's.
" Can you tell me why you want to keep what happened a secret?" I asked. He immediately broke away from my gaze and I could tell he was hiding something.
" It's really nothing." He said looking back at the table. I looked to and saw almost everyone was looking at us except Cadenza.
" Laurance I was apart of the kiss to remember? So if you have a reason to keep it from Garroth specifically then I should know!" I said in a harsh whisper.
" Your right its just..." He paused and looked back at me.
" Its just what?" I asked looking back at him.
" Garroth likes you and well him being my friend and all I just didn't want him to get mad." He said.
" Well I know he likes me but since you and I are his friends he should have the right to know. Plus it is not like a friend to basically be keeping something like this be hide there backs." I said.
" Your right... I will tell him later when he will have some time to think and if need be even blow off some steam. OK?" He put his hand on my shoulder and looked at me with a smile.
" Ok, but you better tell him or I will." I smiled and walked back to the table.
" What was that about?" Garroth asked as I sat back down in my seat.
" Nothing... Just go talk to Laurance later. He has something he needs to tell you." I said as Laurance also sat back in his seat.
" Ya just come and talk to me after school." Laurance said.
" Ok then." Garroth looked at Laurance and then me. He looked confused but I didn't want to say anything. After all Laurance was going to talk to him later.
" So then who wants to place bets on if Dante or Travis will fall asleep in class! Cadenza said excitedly.
" HEY!" Dante said loudly.
" I never fall asleep... I rest my eye's" He said. Everyone then began to laugh at the thought of what Dante had just said.
" Sure at least I have the guts to say that I really do fall asleep." Travis said proudly.
" I bet that Dante will!" Laurance said.
" I think Dante will to!" Travis said.
" HEY YOU CAN'T BET! YOU ARE IN THE BET!" Dante yelled.
" I guess he can you are just grumpy." I said laughing. Dante frowned and me and crossed his arms.
" Fine I guess I will have to prove you three wrong." Dante said.
" More like four." Cadenza said smiling.
" Count me in!" Garroth replied.
" Oh FINE! I will take you all on then." Dante said and then glared us all down. We talked some more and then the bell rang
" Well Garroth lets go to chemistry then." I said picking up my back pack and standing up.
" Alright then." He said standing up quickly. We said bye to everyone else as we all left, and then I saw Laurance give me a quick wink. I shook me head and smiled, then I rolled my eye's at him as we walked out of the room.
