Not My Fault

Rose was angry. She found out that Sam and Dean were fighting each other over her. She didn't like it. I mean, she was semi happy that they liked her enough to fight but she was angry they didn't tell her and let her make her own choices. Her wings haven't come back enough for her to fly normally but she had a fit in the library when she found out. She broke a table, several chairs, lamps and books had flown off the shelves. Cas was the only one to try and calm her down. He even called Gabriel but she was gone before he got there. Rose had run into a nearby city for a break and to cool down so she didn't accidentally kill one of her boys. She already killed Cas once.

Rose sits on the edge of a tall business building. She dangles her legs off the edge and opens her wings up so the breeze ruffles some feathers. Gabe appears behind her.

"Hey kiddo"

"Hi."

"You're really mad aren't you?"

"How can you tell?"

"wings are super red. May I ask why you're so mad?"

"The boys are fighting over me"

"Why is that a bad thing?" he asks

"I don't get my own opinion. Maybe I don't want to date either of them because I'll outlive them. I'll have to watch them die and all I can do is tell them I'm sorry. I can't do that. I already made the mistake of being their friend. I still have to watch them die."

"well you only live once?"

"When you live forever it doesn't count"

"Just go back to them and love one of them. I know you want to, and I know you know you want to, so just do it. Make sure you lay out ground rules. I'll be by later to make all the threats." he sends Rose back to the bunker.

Sam and Dean were waiting for her at the remaining tables.

"Sorry about that." She says

Gabe appears behind the guys giving her a look. She groans.

"Okay. This isn't easy for me and it'll be super awkward for one or both of you. I chose Dean. Sorry Sammy but you just feel more like a brother to me."

The boys nod and Dean is well happy while Sam is just acceptant. He understands. Dean isn't soft about this blow however and immediately moves and kisses Rose.

Maybe she'll finally be happy.
