Kingdom of Lanka

Prologue

In a faraway universe beyond our dimension there were kingdoms on a planet named Klarias. There were two kingdoms. The kingdom of demons, Lanka, and the kingdom of angels, Glendarius. Despite the common human belief the angels and the demons used to work side by side until Alexa the Fairy queen discovered a weakness that she had against the demon king Ravana. With her holy sword she slew the demon king. Not knowing that Ravana had impregnated the demon empress with a child, she went back into her kingdom and built defenses should another weakness arise.

8 ½ months later a child was born. The demon empress Kalia named him Lucifer. No one knew what his type was. There are three types. Assault type which uses weapons, Mage type which uses magic, and Summoning type which summons spirits using Summoning magic. Even though Ravana was an assault type he used his weapons incredibly well. He had many hands for many weapons. Despite the single type genes that he had he grew to have all three. By the time he was 13 years old he had a basic understanding of magic and its properties. He looked like a usual american child. Caucasian skin blue eyes and blonde hair. That came in very handy for no one in the Glendarius kingdom knew his terrifying past, and his beautiful face.

Chapter 1: The Beckoning

Lucifer was awake all of the time for he was a demon and needed no sleep. So he trained tirelessly the night before and the early morning of the beckoning. (The beckoning is a special time in any type's life when they choose a weapon, spellbook, or spirit partner), He read in his handbook . He then put his handbook down went to the royal training grounds and restlessly recited spells and chants from his book of demons spells. "Hey Lucifer howya doin" said Christopher his one and only friend. They would do everything together. Play together, train together, go on missions together and sometimes even fight each other even though Christopher would always win. "training for the beckoning" Lucifer said breathing heavily. "I remember the beckoning" Christopher said. " Everyday I am happy that I chose an offense/defense spellbook ."

"why?"

"Because I can heal build defense and do damage"

"Good choice then"

"Can you help me I'm having a bit of trouble with this shadow chain spell." Lucifer asked. "that isn't in my spellbook, matter of fact I have never even seen it." Christopher said. " Maybe it is one of the spells that is only in my father's spell book" Lucifer said. " Yeah but there is only about 4 hours till dawn so do you want to have a battle?" Christopher asked. "Let's do it" Lucifer replied.

"Gestun setar entest sivtar!" Lucifer recited from his fathers spellbook . His blonde hair defied gravity standing up on his head and the ground cracked revealing black smoke. " Cristalia astalue degari telsad." Christopher said. Red wings emerged and he rose into the air and saw Lucifer reciting a spell. Before Christopher could put his wings up in defense he was blasted to the ground. The smoked cleared revealing a pentagram beneath Christopher. He choked on his breath and tried to get up but couldn't. Then he remembered his easy unnoticable teleport spell he learned from sorcery class. He thought long and hard and succeeded. Lucifer did spell and opened his eyes. To his surprise Christopher was gone. He turned around and saw Christopher enveloped in his wings. Lucifer as fast as his lips could move recited the time slow spell. Time slowed significantly and he dodged Christopher's pulse release spell and used a shadow strangulation spell. Time was normal again and the battle was over , Lucifer had won. Lucifer converted the chakra that Christopher had into his own. Exhausted, Christopher could no longer support his wings and fell to the ground. Taking heavy breaths Christopher recovered. "Desdue gemip genjate astalue polder geji desdue" Christopher said healing himself. "You have some tricks up your sleeve don't you Lucifer" a voice said from the shadows. "Otaku" the two said in unison. " I see you are training for the beckoning." Otaku said pulling a smug look upon his face. "Hey... what's with the face hot shot" Lucifer said angrily. "Nothing." Otaku said. "Well you guys have been at it for a while we have 3 hours till sun up and we need you both in your best clothes." Otaku said. "Ok." they said nearly vanishing. Lucifer dressed in his finest silk sweatpants and a cotton short sleeve shirt. With him he brought his ragged cloak that he trained with for 3 years.

3 Hours Later

Christopher showed up in black and red while Lucifer showed up in all gray for it was his favorite color. He took of his cloak and sat it on a table covered in velvet cloth. The kingdom elder Genji, walked out to announce the Beckoning participators. "Today... three will be participating in the Beckoning." Genji said coughing. "Eliza the summoner, Kazuto the assault type, and Lucifer the triple type?!" The elder said surprised. "The day has come for the demon prince... to ARISE!" Genji shouted as the kingdoms folk went wild. "It seems that you already have a spellbook... from your father." Genji said as the folk went silent. "In that case... if you wish... you can pick two assault weapons and no spellbook." Genji said. "Ok I will have two weapons." Lucifer said pulling a smug face. "Deja vu" Christopher whispered to Otaku. "ladies first" Lucifer said to Eliza. Eliza then summoned two hellhounds and said "I choose Spike and Ripper as my spirit partners." "Very well then" Genji said reciting a bond spell. "I want the witchblade." Kazuto said anxiously for he wanted that sword all his life. "Take your weapon." Genji said. "WOAH this thing is heavy!!!" Kazuto said. "I want the claws of the black widow and the scythe of 1 thousand souls." Lucifer said as he summoned his vampiric conscience. " And I want Ethan to be my spirit partner." "Quite a heavy loadout" Genji said reciting a spell. "Today will be your first mission with a team of people that you get along with ." Otaku said. " The Otaku squad will consist of Lucifer, Christopher, and Eliza, we will be going on a C Class mission tomorrow. Right now you will be training with your new abilities and weapons."
