Sera's POV :

Sehun ...
What would he think ?
Is this a joke ? Maybe a prank ? It's trending nowadays.
Maybe I heard wrong ? I hope so ..
Does Sehun love me ?
Why would they suddenly decide that ?
Did Sehun eat ?

My thoughts were running wild but mostly along the line of Sehun when I'm sitting among happy chattering people except Kai of course . I look at him trying to assess his expression .
Hmm .. He has one of his eyebrows raised upward and his face is completely blank . He looks out of this world ... In his deep thoughts . He's probably thinking how to reject our parent's stupid suggestion without being rude ..

RIGHT ! Why am I even thinking so much ? This is the 21st century ! Arranged marriage ? Pft! That's like illegal ! Ok not illegal but it doesn't happen anymore , right ? Oh my god ! I'm going mad . My parents aren't like that. If I say no , they will agree immediately ...

And why this sudden arrangement ??! I need to talk to mom and da-
Suddenly I looked up to find all eyes on me .. Ohhkay.. Why are they looking at me ?

"Sera .. Hana is asking if you prefer winter wedding or not ?" Mom said to me . What ? Oh god !! They're not joking !!

"Mom , Dad I need to talk to you " I said standing with a blank face . I know I'm being rude but this is really not funny anymore . I'm not getting married !!

"We'll talk later , okay barbiedoll  ?" Dad said in a gentle voice . It almost sounded guilty ... Even his nickname couldn't comfort me . I was getting this weird jittery feeling in my tummy ...

"I'm sorry dad but it can't wait . I'm sorry Mr and Mrs Kim but it won't take much time " I said as I pulled my parents to my room . I didn't bother say anything to Kai who was staring at me quietly . Why was he not saying anything ?!

"Sera , that was rude of you . What is so important that we couldn't discuss this later?" Mom asked .

"I'm sorry mom but I don't understand anything ! What is all this ? What marriage ? Why so suddenly ? I -I am shocked " I whispery yelled to them as there were people just downstairs ..

Mom and Dad stared at me wide eyed . Then mom broke the silence ,"Sera .. What's the problem in this , dear ? You know Me and Hana always wanted to marry you both and become in-laws . They even came all the way here for the wedding . And Kai is a really nice guy, he'll keep you happy " she said happily . "It's not like you're getting married tomorrow. We'll get you both engaged after your birthday and the wedding will be after the graduation dear .. And think about it , besides you don't have any boyfriend.." She added as if it was fine . She had planned my wedding but I was not even in it .

"But what about me , mom ? My feelings ? My opinion ? Whose wedding are you planning , mom ?? Mine! I don't even- " I gasped while realization struck me .

"Wait , wait ... So - so it was all a lie . You both didn't come here because you missed me ? You guys came here because you wanted to get me wedded with your friends son .. All those I love you's - all w-were lies ?" I sobbed as tears continuously poured out of my eyes . I don't even know when I had started crying but I was really pained . It hurt to be betrayed by your own parents .

"No No Sera .. Why would you even think that ! I didn't know anything until just yesterday .. And your mom also got to know about their visit last weekend . We love you barbiedoll . Don't cry please " dad said talking for the first time in our conversation .
