Chapter 8 Mistakes were made (part 2)

As you probably noticed, I changed the book cover. So I'm not sure if anyone is reading my book or not. I'll still continue to write just so I could finish and accomplish something. I'm planning to change the title.

If anyone is reading this comment down some book name suggestions.

Kate's POV:

I was so surprised when Jason came over and asked for me. I mean him and I hang out but it's usually during school. He's always here for Ben.

I felt do embarrassed that he seen me in my pajamas. I looked like trash most of the time he seen me.

I rush upstairs to change into something better than what I'm wearing. I put on a Forever 21 shirt and some black leggings. I'm a very basic girl.There isn't no time for makeup so I have to work with what I got. I put my hair up in a messy bun, grab my purse and my phone and run off.

Jason is in my kitchen making some toast. He acts as if he lives here. That's why I think he's so cool. He gets so comfortable so easy.

" Want some toast?" He asks taking a bite out of a piece.

"No, I don't eat breakfast."

"Yeah you do ! Come on join me. "

He stuffs some of his toast in my mouth.

" Jason ! Quit it !" I laugh. He definitely knows how to make me start my day happily.

"K, well since you don't want toast, let's go. "

"Let's go" I say a little too cheerfully.

He starts his car and turns on Drake.

" Dude ! Turn that off you know I hate rap." I exclaim. I really don't like it. Why would you listen to something that makes you angry and sad ?

"K what do you advise ?" He asks chuckling.

"Anything but rap."

He turns on some peaceful orchestra music which makes me sleepy. I mean I did wake up just a few minutes ago.

" So are you going to tell me where we are going ? " I ask curiously.

"Not yet! It's a surprise. "

Josh's POV:

Hannah and I are having a blast at the ice skating ring and guess who has to show up. Freaking Jason.  It's like he is stalking us. He's with his little friend who always tags along with him like a puppy. I know his reasoning of why he came here. It's to try to make Hannah jealous. I have to teach this punk a lesson.

" Oh look who's here ? "

" Oh! You guys are here also. Way to ruin our day. " - he says rudely disrespecting me.  Oh he did not just go there.

" I ruined your day ? I ruined your day? These past few days wherever I go somehow you're there ! Are you stalking me or something ? Move on ! Hannah is over you " I just lost it. I had enough of this.  I dealed  with Jason's crap for too long.  I'm not going to stand there and make me look like a fool in front of Hannah again.

Before I know it, I feel dizzy and light headed. Then everything goes blank.

Jason's POV:

I was not thrilled to see Hannah and her rebound there at the rink. I was just there to have fun with my best friend. It's like everywhere I go there is that constant reminder to me that Hannah isn't mine. She moved on and doesn't need me.

When Josh made that remark about how I'm stalking him and Hannah I lost it. I wasn't gonna stand there and take it all in. Especially not in front of my ex or my best friend.

Our of nowhere I lost control and punched him. It was all so suddenly. I didn't even have time to comprehend what I was doing.

The next thing I knew Josh was falling on the ground. I felt a hand trying to pull me back. It was probably Kate. She's the whole reason why this happened.  She is why Hannah and I broke up. 

" Leave me alone ! You stupid b*@$ ! Why do you have to always ruin everything ! I don't even want to see you!" With that I storm off. Even thought I knew I need to stay in case Hannah called the police.

Hannah's POV:

Even though I do hate Kate with all my might I felt really bad for her. Jason shouldn't have said those things to her. It wasn't her fault that he got caught up in this drama. She was just trying to be a good friend and make him feel better.

I was so pissed to what he did to Josh. Jason is a messed up person.  He hurts everyone. All he cares about is himself other than that everyone else doesn't matter.

I really wanted to find him and punch the heck out of him. These people don't deserve to be hurt just because of his reckless behavior and his anger issues. I mean come on you are old enough to know better than to hurt the people you love. Like doesn't he realize that Kate won't always be there for him.  Neither will Ben since he's going to take her side. It's a sister brother code kind of thing.

Josh was laying on the ground without any consciousness. On the cold icy ground.

Soon the people in charge noticed him and got him up. They took him to their nurse room that they had.  I guess a lot of injuries happen here.

" What happened ? " asked a clueless man who was probably in his late 20s.

"Nothing "I answer.

"He tripped and fell"

I don't know why I couldn't tell the truth but somewhere in there I didn't like doing harm to others.  Jason was a messed up person but I still wouldn't hurt him. He's still human who somewhere deep in side cares and feels guilty for all the cruel things he has ever don't in his shameful like.
