"My name is Kitana Fey, And this is my story"

"Ok, Shirts, Check. Pants, Check. the fact that I'm gonna miss this house, Check." I did not want to move, But after my mum and dad divorced, my mum decided it was best to move. "Just called the moving company, they said they are gonna be here any minute now, so get ready." I knew my mum didn't want to leave either, she grew up here. But she just keeps denying it. "KITANA!" My mum called me from downstairs to get into the truck but I didnt want to leave. Then i realised that i had to stay strong.... For my mum. So i trudged down the stairs with my backpack full of electronics, and watched them fill the truck with our belongings. I glanced to my mum, she looked stressed. "You ok mum?" " Why wouldn't I be, moving is....exciting." I knew my mum well enough to know that she was faking it, but she denied any sadness she had from moving house. "Get in the truck, I will be there in a minute." As i walked to the truck, my happiness dropped as I remembered all the memories I had here. I sat in the extremely uncomfortable seat, pulled out my phone, and called my best friend , Frankie. When i told her i was moving , she threw me a big surprise party and got me a poster full of pictures of me and her together. When she answered the call, i held back my tears. " Kitana, I miss you so much!" " Dont worry Frankie, I will call and text you everyday." I tried to sound calm even though every part of my body was crying out." I know, But i just wish you were here with me." When she said that sentense, I allowed one tear to fall on my face, then quickly wiped it off and tried to calm Frankie down and said goodbye. As the line cut off, I saw my mum coming to enter the truck , I put my phone away and found a smile beneath all the depression and sadness I had. My mum and the truck driver came into the car at the same time. Once they had their seatbelts on, I asked my mum which town we were moving to and she told me " we are taking a 3 hour trip to Bright Town."
