BlackJack and His New Friends

The next morning my eyes were ringed. I couldn't sleep well. I dreamed of this weird goddess going mwahahahhahaaa and saying that she would take over olympus and us dumb demigods would never stop her. I know it sounds dumb but it was cold. I got out of my cabin and found Leo, Jason, Annabeth and Hazel discussing our quest. I walked over to the archery range where Summer, Frank and Michael Yew setting up their bows for practice. "Don't we have to get ready for the quest?" I asked Summer. "Nah, this morning Chiron told me I need to get as much archery practice as I can because its not safe to go today, it's best we go tomorrow because of the summer solstice." "Okay." I said trying to sound casual. " "Well now that you're here I want to show you something that could help us with our quest." She finished up assembling her bow and put it down on the rack. I followed her to the stables wondering why we were going there. When we reached the stables I saw Autumn grooming a brown and white pegasus with a flower crown just like hers which was standing next to a beautiful golden pegasus. "Wow." I said impressed "Who's pegasus are these?" "This ones Autumns." Said Summer pointing to the pegasus autumn was grooming. "I can see that." I said laughing. Summer smiled and walked over to the golden pegasus. "This is mine." She said. "Nice." I said. "Where'd you get it?" I asked. "It was a gift from my dad Apollo." She explained. "And mine I got from my mom Demeter." Said Autumn. "She's called Bloom." "And mines called Arrow." Said Summer. "Cool." I said "All bow and arrow" "Lol" Autumn laughed along with Summer. Autumn had matching clothes with Pegasus, a green and purplish flower crown with a green t shirt, Jeans, flower bracelet and a camp necklace with 3 beads on it. For Summer it was also matching cause Summer wore a yellow frilly top and shorts with a frilly white lace at the end, a hunter lace crown, a sun bracelet with small sum charms all over it and she also wore the same one on her ankle, she had a yellow cap on her scruffy braided brown hair and a camp necklace that had 4 beads on it.

BlackJack was trying to get my attention on the next section of the stables, I walked up to greet him. "Hey BlackJack!" Hey boss how you doing? "Don't call me that!" I protested. Alright alright boss. Uhh he would never stop calling me boss. "So how's everything" I asked. Well you know  boss I got a few new friends and everything is usual.

That night we sat around the camp fire, the fire was more intense than usual. Summer and the Apollo cabin strummed their ukuleles intensely while the rest of us sang songs about the gods. Then summer spoke up. "Everyone, Apollo wanted me to tell the camp this last night." "We need to work together to defeat this evil goddess, and Apollo believes one part of this is to do with music. He has given me the tune to teach the whole camp." She started playing a songs that changed the mood up and down and she strummed fiercely. "Apollo has given me a list of instruments for each cabin." "Zeus cabin is the trumpet." A trumpet magically appeared in front of Jason. "But I don't know how to play a trumpet." Jason protested stepping back. "Don't worry." Said Michael Yew. "These are magical instruments from Apollo." Jason looked more relaxed and stepped forward to pickup the trumpet. "All we need is teamwork to get the magic to work, you don't need any skills." For Poseidon cabin I got a seashell instrument thing. Demeter got flutes, Ares got bass guitar and Summer told them to take it easy. Clarisse just told her they got it. Which was hard to believe. Athena cabin got flying pianos while half the Apollo cabin would be playing guitars and the other half ukuleles. The Hephaestus cabin got given French horns and trombones, the Aphrodite cabin got harps, the Hermes cabin got triangles, the Dionysus cabin got banjos, the Iris cabin got rainbow xylophones and the Hecate cabin played their own music with magic. "Chiron seemed to know what was going on and watched from a few meters away." Summer counted 4321 and everyone started playing, to my surprise I was playing this seashell thing perfectly and so was the other cabins. Probably because we all listed to Summer and cooperated to work the magic. Even the Area cabin were doing fine. The music grew intense and complicated. All the campers looked surprised but started to get used to the magic. The music ended really strong. "Wow." I said. "Now that was cool." "I think it worked." Said Summer looking at the sky. "While I'm away on the quest with Percy, Piper and Autumn, the magic might not work as well because we would be missing Percy's instrument. But Michael" She turned to Michael Yew. "You're now in charge of getting the campers together to do this every night, it's for Apollo." "FOR APOLLO!" The other Apollo campers shouted. We were about to go back to our campers when something bizarre happened. Above Pipers head a symbol of Aphrodite appeared. Wasn't she claimed already? Piper was swatting at it probably afraid she would turn perfect looking again like the time Aphrodite claimed her, I wasn't there but Jason told me. But no, she didn't turn perfect, Aphrodite would know better now, instead a white Pegasus with a pink crown appeared above Piper,Jason,Michael and Summers heads. The campers fled out of the way forming a big circle around piper and the Pegasus, it landed next to Piper elegantly. "Mom." Piper groaned. "Why does everything you give me so pink?" The campers giggled and chuckled. "I guess I will take this to the stables." Piper said as she walked of with the Pegasus. "Wow Summer said, just for you information guys our magic music didn't do that."
