I thought what appears in front of us is a god like creature but it was a gorgeous yet intimidating demon. Yes, a demon. He looks exactly Uriel when we were in hell. A black wings is attach in his back. He's wearing the modern western clothes.
Who is he? He gives off a very intimidating air.
What is he doing here? In this world?
"Who---" I was about to ask him but I was stop by his intimidating look.
"Judal." sabi niya tapos may bigla na lang lumitaw na isa din na demon.
"The thing I ask you to bring." Sabi niya.
"Here it is. Master." Meron hawak yung isang demon na white rose petal na nagliliwanag binigay niya ito dun sa isang demon.
Don't tell me? It is...
"You're right. This is Uriel's memory." Sabi niya habang hawak hawak yung nagliliwanag na petal. Para bang nabasa niya yung iniisip ko.
"Who are---" Uriel was cut off when he was about to say something.
"No worries. I'm just here to bring give you this." Inabot niya yung petal kay Uriel.
Bigla na lang nagliwanag ng sobra yung petal na para bang hinihila niya papunta sa kanya si Uriel. The petal was absorbed inside Uriel's body then Uriel became unconscious.
"Uriel." Nilapitan ko siya.
"He's just asleep." Sabi nung demon.
"Who are you? Why do you have Uriel's petal." Tanong ko sa kanya.
He looks at me. His intimidating aura is creeping me out. Nakakatakot siya. He's different from all the demons I have met in hell. Dark, Uriel's twin brother, has different aura than this demon. Even Blue, she has different aura too. This demon has darker aura.
"I really despise human." He said then he smirks at me.
"We're off." Sabi niya dun sa kasama niya na demon. Nagnod naman ito sa kanya tapos may malakas na hangin na para bang ipo ipo ang pumalibot sa kanilang dalawa. "He was put into a test I wonder what choice he would make." He said then they disappear.
My head is a mess. Hindi ko maintindihan yung mga sinabi nung demon na yun. Test? Anong test naman kaya yung sinasabi niya? At hindi rin niya sinagot yung mga tanong ko sa kanya.
"Oh. He's awake." Sabi ni Tita Isabel nung makita si Uriel na bumababa ng hagdan.
"Uriel." Sabi ko sa kanya nung salubungin ko siya sa may hagdanan.
"Where am I?" tanong niya habang nililinga yung paligid.
"This is our home." Nakangiti ako sa kanya. "Are you okay? You suddenly collapse." Sabi ko sa kanya.
Nagnod siya sakin. "I'm fine. Don't worry." Sabi niya tapos ginulo niya yung buhok ko.
Kinuwento ko kay Tita Isabel yung tungkol kay Uriel except for the petal thing and about him being a human. All she knows is that Uriel has amnesia. Pumayag naman si Tita na samin muna tumira si Uriel dahil wala siyang mapupuntahan. Mabuti na lang talaga mabait si Tita at pumayag siya. Sabi niya mukhang mapagkakatiwalaan naman daw si Uriel kaya okay lang daw na magstay muna siya sa bahay.
"Uriel!" tawag ko nung makita ko siya sa may veranda habang nakatingin sa kalangitan.
Ngumiti siya sakin at ganun din ako sa kanya. "What were you thinking?" tanong ko nung makalapit ako.
Nakatingin pa rin siya sa langit. "I'm just wondering what is God thinking." Sagot niya sakin.
"Ha?" ngumiti lang siya sakin.
"That demon, it's Lucci." He said. So siya yung demon na nagscatter ng memories ni Uriel? "The petal he gave contains a bit memories of my childhood. Upon receiving that petal some of my memories came back to me. And I remember, I was a half demon half human. My father is the demon King but my memory about my mother is vague. I can't remember her face." Kwento niya sakin tapos bigla na lang napangiti. "Isn't it weird?"
"Anong weird?" tanong ko sa kanya.
"I'm a demon and we are bad creatures but why does that God gave me another chance to live as a human? What is he thinking? I don't even know him and yet he give me a chance to change." he said.
"Well maybe because he saw through your heart?That despite being a demon he saw that you have goodness within you?" Sabi ko sa kanya.
But he just smirks and looks up to the sky.
He might not know it but he's really good.
He helps me up. He helps me search for the white rose. He saves me.
And above all,
He loved me.
Isn't it enough to say that he's good?
