Still Undyne's POV

Im still walking through the basement of this place till I stumble across another room with the door creaked open, I walk inside to find Alphys with some large dripping monster that in some way resembled a dog. " NGAHHH " I screamed charging at the mutation near Alphys, but that "thing" was smarter than I thought it stretched around me taking the form of a bubble growing smaller by the second is this what that entry meant by " melted together ". "N No please stop it everyone" Alphys yelled almost breaking into tears, suddenly that "thing" wen't back to what I can only assume is normal and walked back to Alphys.

Alphys POV

I I can't bare the pain anymore, I've been avoiding this talk for a while now because I knew this is how Undyne would react to my "so called work" I couldn't help it I began to sob. "A Alphy what's wrong what is this" Undyne asked me, I couldn't hold it back anymore I have to tell her the truth. " Remember when I used to collect the monsters that have "fallen down" well this it them, I thought if I injected them with "determiation" they could come back and find a way to break the barrier... But it turns out that us monsters can handle "determiation" like Frisk can and they formed into one single being". "I It's all my fault they're like this I'm so sorry Undyne so so sorry " I collapsed on the cold basement floor sobbing I didn't want to but I couldn't help myself, I just felt so... well weak.

And back to Undyne's POV

There was Alphys sobbing on the floor I walked over knelt down then gave her a huge, "it's ok Alphys I forgive you... It's ok" I guess at that moment it was the first time in my life that I felt like crying as well.

Third Person POV

For the next few weeks or so Undyne would come over to the lab and talk about previous experiments and the other Amalgamates that were in the basement and befriend, so all of them grew quite fond of Undyne and always loved her visits. But later in time Alphys and Undyne got married then treated the Amalgamates like there children, Sans and Toriel got married as well so did that nice cream guy and the burgerpants fellow.
